Very small room in Schwabing

Small room 10 sqm in an Appartement with 70 sqm (2nd floor). You can use the bathroom and the kitchen - no cooking, you can use the microwave and water cooker. You cannot use the washing machine in the Appartement. There is a washing machine in the cellar!!!!! Tram is right in front of the house. The house is in the backyard and therefore the room is pretty quiet. Check in between 6 pm and 9 pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday it is flexible.

Unterföhring is very close to the city of Munich (20 minutes by S-Bahn to Marienplatz) and the airport (17 minutes by S-Bahn). With two lakes and lots of nature, Unterföhring also offers many opportunities for a break. A kitchen is not provided.

The apartment is located between Munich and the airport. The airport can be reached in 15 minutes by S-Bahn and Munich in about 20 minutes. From the Ismaning S-Bahn station, you can reach the trade fair city by bus within about 30 minutes. Netto, Edeka and petrol stations are within approx. 10 minutes' walking distance.
