Close to stores, cafes, restaurants and beer gardens.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. We offer a completely renovated apartment with bathroom (bathtub). The new sofa bed sleeps up to two people if needed. The balcony overlooking the beautiful garden offers a quiet atmosphere. Unterföhring is very close to the city of Munich (20 minutes by S-Bahn to Marienplatz) and the airport (17 minutes by S-Bahn). With two lakes and lots of nature, Unterföhring also offers many opportunities for a break. A kitchen is not provided.
