A restaurant and an ice cream parlor are on the property, with other restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The landlords live in the same house and are available for questions.

The walk from the “Ahrweiler Markt” train station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.

Thanks to the good connection to public transport, Bonn and the Rhineland can be reached quickly - ideal for both leisure activities and business trips.

Time living in Linz am Rhein

The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Sheets and towels are provided.
