We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Oban. Marion and John were the best hosts we’ve ever stayed with. They had great recommendations for food and activities. They left us treats and bread and jams. The jams were so good, I have never had orange marmalade and I loved it, I’m hooked! Staying here was the highlight of our trip so far. The chalet is much bigger than we thought it would be, the beds were comfy and we had a couple cozy nights in when it was raining. We highly recommend Marion and John’s place!

Lovely little chalet, perfect for 4 and very close to Dartmouth and the whole of the extreme south of Devon. Our host Phil was very communicative and helpful, and everything was clear and easy to understand, making our stay stress-free. A perfect little getaway, and thanks to our hosts, we will book again when visiting the area.

Had a great time, lovely place to stay for a weekend with our toddler. Would definitely stay here again, the chalet was lovely and well-equipped, and the site was quiet. Enjoyed the seaside decor and thankfully we had good weather during our stay so we could enjoy the beach. Beach hut is great for convenience, was glad to have somewhere to keep our stuff while on the beach. Big step down from the beach hut meant it wasn't really suitable for relaxing in with a 2 year old but that wasn't an issue as she wanted to be on the sand all the time anyway. Beds were very comfy and we particularly enjoyed reading the book of Lincolnshire folk tales and riddles in the evening when our daughter was in bed.

Kevin's place is a very cool, alternative place to stay. Off grid and super chilled. I would stay there again.

We had a great stay at Iain’s charming cabin, he provided clear instructions before arrival for check in and some additional directions to find the place. When we arrived the cabin was very clean with all listed amenities available and everything topped up such as fire wood. Half way through our stay there was an electrical issue in the area which caused a power outage. Iain was quick to respond and try his best to get everything going again, when it became apparent this wouldn’t be until the following day he booked alternative accommodation for us and then welcomed us back into the cabin the following day. These things can’t be helped but Iain dealt with the situation in the best way possible which is all you can ask for. Once the fire is roaring the cabin becomes so cosy and a perfect place to return back to after exploring the Scottish countryside. Coupled with a comfy bed and an amazing view to wake up to you really can’t go wrong with a relaxing getaway here!

Joe was a great host and provided all information requested. Arrival was straightforward plenty of space. House was clean and welcoming. Photos need updating as property has been extended further. Shepherd hut in Garden was a great addition however it is cited at the bottom of a steep incline. The hot tub was a great addition and used well journey to the beach was about 15 minutes and parking was difficult but manageable. Shops et cetera were a short drive from the house. There were not many places to eat locally but plenty of takeaways if you needed them. A very enjoyable week in a lovely area about 30 minute drive to New Forest. Definitely worth considering.

The Manor Party Lodge was perfect for a girlie weekend with 7 friends. We had an amazing time. The lodge was clean and well maintained and the hot-tub was wonderful. Cleaning staff were nice and friendly. We would definitely book again.

We had a nice one night stay at the lodges. The Bedromms are little bit small If you have two Cases with you. Arivall and Check in was very easy.

This place is an absolute gem. A beautiful setting and exquisite Lodge. The Lodge is pristine and full of kind and thoughtful touches by Linda from plenty of washing up liquid and loo roll to the luxury bed linen, comfy beds, endless hot water and everything you could possibly need for your stay. We appreciated everything! In short it was wonder!

Great spot to either simply chill and relax and have a dip in the loch before tea or to explore and climb conic Hill. Lots of walking and reading done and now feeling very zen. Lovely few days with the other half and dog Bruno.

This was probably one of the nicest cabins I have stayed in travelling around Scotland ! The location, outstanding beauty, surroundings are brilliant as well as the wildlife around the complex . The cabin itself was immaculate and Carol and the team are fantastic. Will definitely return again when I return to Scotland

The most beautiful views from the decking - breathtaking. Very peaceful and relaxing. The chalet is very well set up with everything you need for your stay. There were a couple of spoilers - were the whole front window where the view should be is a ‘blown’ pane of glass that makes it very difficult to see the view .. and no beach access as the steps down were broken. Sadly took something away from our stay. Even so I would highly recommend

Had a lovely few days stay at this beautiful lodge. The lodge was very clean and had everything you needed in it. The host was very helpful if we needed to know anything. We will definitely be back

Driving down a slightly scary but exciting single track road to an amazing location. beautiful scenery and views, met George at their driveway and shown to the cabin. it's even better than the pictures! George was very warm and informative about the area. The walk to the "secret" beach past the highland cows was a highlight! next time we'll take a BBQ if the weather allows. Oban was great and McCaigs tower was a nice part of history to visit. we'll definitely be back, making more time and prepared for enjoying the beach and the loch right outside the door! 5 star stay.

We had a great time here. Everything was as described, clean and in working order. The hot tub was great as was the location of the cabin right next to the small beach, swimming pool and bar. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for everyone.
