Best airbnb experience. Although it is just one room, the hosts gave me lots of freedom to use the public space. They are super friendly. Walking distance to parks and malls. Easy to go to downtown. Definitely recommend.

This was a great find! Both the space and the host went above our expectations. We stayed there for 7 weeks during our son's care at Seattle's Children Hospital. The locations is very convenient and there is plenty of street parking. The place itself was cozy and had all the amenities including a washer and dryer. The host responded quickly to our requests and went the extra mile. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brian's airbnb. The location was great as I had an early morning appointment at the UW Medical Center. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, it was clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the fireplace! I had a few questions and Brian was very friendly and quick to get back to me. For dinner I went to the Sandpoint Grill. The service was excellent and I had a delicious romaine, apple and walnut salad along with a Wagu Slider. It was the perfect amount of food and delicious.

I stayed at Matthew's place for all of July 2024 and had the most wonderful and comfortable experience. I was in town for work and working very long days during my stay, and coming back to Matthew's incredibly peaceful and beautiful home each evening helped me to center and recuperate. Matthew is an incredibly kind and gracious host - he is friendly, well traveled, funny, kind, and makes you feel immediately at home. The room and bathroom were spotless, comfortable, and even in the hot July weather were cool and pleasant. The bathroom in particular had a fantastic shower and deep bath tub - it truly felt luxurious to treat oneself to a hot bath at the end of a long day. It should also be mentioned that he has a beautiful backyard with gorgeous flowers, a fountain, and relaxing scenery. I can't thank Matthew enough for showing me so much kindness and providing me with such a peaceful summer.
