Welcome to our apartment on the outskirts of Wasmuthhausen, which was newly renovated in 2022! In a rural atmosphere you can relax, hike, go cycling and much more. On the upper floor there is 1 large sleeping area with a cozy sleeping niche. In the basement you will find the open kitchen, living and dining area with fireplace as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast eggs are available directly from the farm. Bed linen is available on request at an extra charge. Towels are included.

Relax and Play Rödental

Our cozy apartment is ideal for couples or small families and can accommodate up to 10 sleeping guests. (6 of them in a 2nd apartment on the upper floor from the 5th guest) For social evenings with friends, colleagues or family, there is a pool table, a music system and a cozy bar. The 39-degree warm hot tub is available all year round and is included. The use of the barrel sauna can be booked. Unfortunately, the hot tub in the SZ is not working.

Wilma Ruhe

Good afternoon Welcome to the Willma Ruhe apartment. The apartment offers all kinds of amenities. A grill is available in the garden. The south-facing balcony offers optimal conditions for sunbathing. The apartment is quietly located and thus offers pure relaxation! In the village there is a restaurant with beer garden and an ice cream parlor with delicious homemade farm ice cream as well as vending machines with regional delicacies.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

Welcome to our original boho-style duplex apartment! Carpets, textiles, furniture and ceramics are made in Tunisia according to old tradition. With a modern design, we want to bring the beautiful Berber style into the here and now. The apartment is newly renovated and offers not only individual furnishings and art on the walls but also a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room including TV and Netflix.

Workshops can be booked on site: baking bread, making cheese, wild herbs, sewing, and making your own environmentally friendly products (washing, cleaning, cosmetics).
