Melissa was very accommodating and is a good communicator. She responded to all of our messages promptly and the house is very comfortable and was perfect for our family. The house is close to shops and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome. Thank you.

This is a great place for a couple or a small family to have a beachside stay right next to Umina beach and a short walk to the bustling array of shops and cafes on West street. The heating/ air conditioning was perfect heating for a wintry stay. Deb was delightful and the little garden is gorgeous and completely private

We found Helgas home to be exactly what we wanted, warm, clean and homely. Helga was a lovely host who always ensured we were ok and our doggo and ourselves would stay here again when visiting Pearl Beach. Thank you Helga!

The home was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with every little detail thoughtfully arranged. From the peaceful surroundings to the cozy, stylish decor, it felt like a true getaway. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air, and the whole property had such a calm, welcoming vibe. My family and I loved every part of our stay – it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for creating such a special place. We would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape!

A lovely place to wind down from the city peaceful accessible to the beaches and shops and restaurants. The house has a lovely feel to it.

Booked a last minute stay at the palms with my partner and safe to say it was great! We arrived when it was dark and the place looked amazing. Lit up with beautiful lamps all around the house and a super warm feeling. Everything in the house is super well kept and placed making this a perfect spot to relax and feel cozy. During the day this place is absolutely stunning. Beautiful front garden and an amazing coffee machine perfect for the morning. Kitchen is great and all other ammenities are spotless. Donato helped us with a couple things over our stay and was always super easy to contact. Would definitely recommend for a weekend away to get out of the noisy city super peaceful!!

6 friends enjoying an annual getaway found Anna’s fabulous home the perfect place to escape for the weekend. Beautifully appointed, comfortable & very tastefully decorated with everything you need to make your getaway special. The landscaping and pool were a bonus and the proximity to the beach wonderful. It was great to stay here. The view was incredible and it was so easy to travel around the area for this place. Allan was really helpful and made sure our stay was really comfortable.

We had a magical stay at Madeline’s beachfront property- she was so accommodating with check in and check out and made it so easy for us! Madeline’s property offered so many extra , thoughtful inclusions and kitchen / fridge pantry items to make your arrival welcoming- loved the “ sweet treat” too!! The electric blankets were wonderful as it was winter- very cosy indeed! The view is stunning and so relaxing sitting in the swinging chair on the balcony …. We highly recommend Madeline’s exceptional property for your stay on the beach!

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

A wonderful weekend spent here, view of Brisbane Water from balcony. Short walk to scenic waterfront, Gosford Sailing Club, Fisherman’s Wharf, and close to Gosford and Erina Fair, Terrigal beach and other attractions. Quiet, comfortable and lovely decor. We had a delightful stay - the comfortable apartment was centrally located within easy walk to transport, local attractions and dining spots. Appreciated the cereal breakfast, comfortable stretcher for added bedding and the kitchen which was well equipped. Yantra's place was a peaceful hideaway tucked away in Avoca. The place was clean and well maintained yet cozy, had all the amenities we needed (portable stove, pots and pans, oil, utensils, washing machine, internet, dryer). The outdoor sitting area was comfortable and overlooked the beautiful garden. The place colourful and full of personality, we felt very at home during our stay. Thank you again.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

This stay was amazing. It had all the amenities you needed for a nice weekend away and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The host was very kind and responded to messages promptly. Would highly recommend this stay.

This is an amazing place!!! Wonderful location. We stayed in Miller’s Point for 2 nights at the beginning of our time in Australia but every member of our family preferred this location (family of 5 with adult children, 21, 20, 18). I really loved the ferry stop next to the Australian National Maritime Museum which is directly across the street from the condo building. Very safe surroundings. Beautiful walk across the bridge to restaurants and gelato. The views from the living area and kitchen are spectacular. Great beds, great shower, great air conditioning, great washer/dryer, great everything. Yes, it is as clean and picturesque as the photos on this site.
