You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Our stay at the Redhead Beach House was fantastic. The house itself was well designed, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We were welcomed with a platter and wine waiting for us and everything was well stocked and easy to find. Great selection of board games, table tennis and arcade game meant there was plenty to do when we were at the house. The area was beautiful and quiet. A great beach over the road - both our 11 year old daughter and our dog loved it! Overall, I would highly recommend. Thank you Natalie and Collin for your hospitality.

What a remarkable location - and a unique way to access the tree house via boat. Berowra Waters is a stunning place, and having your own little boat tied up to the jetty to jump into for a peaceful explore of the water at any time was definitely the highlight of the stay. The house is lovely and nestled in high trees and bushland with expansive views up the river, with the afternoon sun reflecting the undulating ripples of the water onto the ceiling of the lounge room like a meditative slideshow. The indoor fire was super cosy, with plenty of wood supplied. Outdoor bath was a treat even on a cold night. It was fun to be picked up and dropped back at the marina by knowledgeable locals - very friendly and helpful. Loved every moment !

This is the second time we have stayed at Robbie’s. We were eager to return after the last holiday and I am pleased to say the place was exactly as clean and well presented as last time. This is such a spacious, tidy and well appointed home, both inside and out. And it’s also the perfect place to stay as the cooler months approach - the hot tub is the best on the coast!! A lovely place to wind down from the city peaceful accessible to the beaches and shops and restaurants. The house has a lovely feel to it.

The place is great w/ pool. Great staycation place. Do note that you’ll be sharing the building with owner who lives upstairs.

Rex and Georgie's is a cute and private space with a beautiful garden. We loved how close it was to the beach and the thorough guide handbook. Overall, the space was very clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and polite. A couple of minor points to note: the mini fridge is a little noisy and distracting in the night. The bed linen smelled a little mouldy; we have allergies but it was tolerable.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

Bonny"s place was perfect for our stay with our 2 golden retrievers. We were in driving distance to the beaches, parks and dog friendly cafes and restaurants. There was an enclosed backyard for our pets to play. The flats design, and flooring was pefect for our goldens. The cosy flat was large enough, one level and the floors were easy to keep clean. Bonny spoilt us with yummy human treats and little extras like an umbrella, eatery recommendations and a relaxing area to sit with view to a beautiful garden. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, soft and cosy, we slept extremely well 😴. Bonny was contactable and responded quickly to our questions. All these things made our stay very enjoyable. we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Spent a beautiful, cosy weekend here with 10 friends. It was was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for. A few places for us to hang communally and enough space to spread out. Well equipped kitchen/pantry. Everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing! Communication with Heidi was easy!

Clean, cozy place within minutes walk from a dog friendly beach. it's a bit dark being on the ground floor and backing onto shrubs, but we were out and about most of the time so we didn't mind. Bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure, kitchen seems to be brand new. James and Viktoria had an extensive list of recommendations for beaches, dining out and dog friendly walks.

We had a fantastic short stay at this house with our family. An older home that has been tastefully updated and well-considered. Not pretentious, comfortable with a focus on the breathtaking views over the Patonga township and water below. Taking cues from the adjacent bush, distant headlands and coastal views, the comprehensive interior upgrades and choices, colours and furniture are relaxed and calming, we felt at home immediately. It doesn't have a new blingy kitchen or bathroom, but it doesn't need it at all. They have been refreshed and have everything you need for cooking up a storm. The landscaping/gardens, heated pool, firepit and sauna are stunning and clearly designed by someone who knows what they are doing. Really friendly and helpful hosts We'll be back.

Sean’s tiny home is the perfect “off grid” romantic getaway. Very cosy and well thought out. The fire tub is an awesome touch. He had it warmed up when we got there and we heated it up for a couple more hours later at night and it was super relaxing. Can’t wait to come back.

Great family stay. Walking distance to beaches and the family friendly Ocean Beach Hotel. Nice to have separate 4th bedroom for older guests. Easy to find and good for a weekend in Umina

We had a wonderful stay at Luna’s place over Christmas. She was extremely helpful with local tips on places to visit with our dog and where to buy some delicious seafood nearby. Also she left us some yummy Christmas treats to make us feel welcome. The property was clean and tidy and had plenty of space for 2 adults and our small dog for 2 nights. Enjoyed eating our meals in the alfresco area, which felt private, even though it’s not far from the main house. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend to others who have a car and want to explore beautiful spots on the central coast.
