Central Neighbourhood Home with Striking City Views

Designer apartment with light and airy feel. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a sunlit study and private balcony with no one looking in on you. Large walk-in robe, generous bathroom and fully equipped kitchen including filtered water tap. Flat screen TV with included PayTV and Wi-Fi. Guests have access to the entire apartment and balcony and the Gym. I am happy to offer any assistance you might require for your stay. I will be there to meet you on arrival and for anything else, I am only a phone call away. Experience Sydney in all its flavour. Stroll to cafes, shops, restaurants, chic bars and main attractions like Centennial Park, the Botanical Gardens and the Opera House. Short walk from Central railway station and easy access to the beaches via bus. Extremely convenient location very close to an array of public transport to access all of Sydney. Central station is a short walk from the apartment. There are also buses accessible from Crown St and Oxford St that will take you into the city or away to the beaches. Supermarkets within a 2 min walk from the apartment: Aldi is in the Oxford Village shopping centre; IGA is located on Oxford St; Woolworths is slightly further away, located on Bourke St; About Life is a largely organic supermarket on Crown St.

unique pied-à-terre in surry hills

My apartment is the entire floor of a corner building in the heart of Surry Hills referred to as the French Quarter, it has 4 mt high ceilings and windows on all sides giving it a light airy feel. The open plan living space has a new architectually designed kitchen, dining, lounge and office space of gracious proportions with a Juliet balcony that overlooks a delicious community garden. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a private roof terrace garden. The bathroom is generous and has a luxuriously deep bath. There is a separate fully equipped laundry. My apartment is decorated with an eclectic mix of designer furnishings and collected treasures to create a tranquil, luxurious sanctuary. The famous Bourke St bakery and Bill's Cafe are in the immediate vicinity as are Toko, Pizza Birra, Messina gelato and the delicious Crown St Organic Cafe. It is a short walk to Oxford St , the city ,Paddington ,Centennial Park and Central Station. You won't find a better location in Surry Hills.

Studio apartment completely renovated October 18. Very light, quiet with private balcony. New kitchen with Bosch oven , Bosch dishwasher, induction cooktop and microwave. All new furniture. Fast internet connection. Queen size bed with quality linen. I supply a box of cereal, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk. Sorry I don't have off street parking available. Building is powered by 38 solar panels on the roof. I hope to install batteries to make the building carbon neutral 6 month of the year.
