The spacious 50 sqm (internal & external) courtyard studio has private and separate entry from a quirky Surry Hills laneway. Visitors descend down a short flight of steps into a stunning secret courtyard enclosed by tall white walls - remnants of a warehouse. Bifold doors lead into the generous living area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. The lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished with a 2.5 seater sofa bed (converts to king single bed), leather butterfly chair, flat screen Smart TV (with Netflix) and dining table and chairs. Blockout curtains will ensure that guest will have a good nights rest. The designer kitchen has a fully integrated dishwasher, convection microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and concealed washer/dryer. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space and reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling). The generous, modern bathroom has a frameless shower, large mirrors and marble tiles. This unique city-fringe pad is perfectly located between the CBD, Crown Street and Central Station. During your stay we are generally in town and a few minutes away, so if you require any assistance, it can be provided promptly. The best of both worlds: Inner city cottage in a quiet subtropical oasis. A secure house with all the comfortable mod-cons you need & very close to all Sydney city has to offer. Staying here feels like a private refuge which is airy, open and steeped in green surrounds whilst being a perfect base for exploring hip Redfern and Inner Sydney. Redfern Station is a 5 min walk away, 10 to Central, and moments to beautiful parks, shops, bars & restaurants of Redfern. Airport is 12mins by train.

Located in one of Sydney's most sought after residential areas on the fringe of Sydney's downtown. This two story, two bedroom historic terrace home with an amazing outdoor patio sanctuary, updated kitchen and bathroom, gives quick access to all of Sydney's culture within walking distance to Central Station. There is no parking spot available with this property - only on street parking as available. Due to the internal stairs we don't recommend guests with young children or elderly.

Hyde Park Tree-Top Views

A home away from home Located in Sydney CBD in Hyde Park Plaza - on the corner of Oxford st. and College st. Next to museum train station. You could not get a better location in the city. 333 bus to bondi , bottle shop, cafes just downstairs. This one bedroom unit is offering a really comfortable stay with excellent views. Perfect for business or a few nights' stay away to recharge but be aware of city noise ! If you have any requests please don’t hesitate to let me know.
