A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. The cottage from the 1800s is privately located in beautiful nature without neighbors. The cabin has been carefully renovated and has a new bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen with wood and electric stove, living room with sofa bed for two people, fireplace and a nice glass veranda. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds, only in summer. Welcome to this magical summer residence! A typical Swedish little red cottage which lies next to a small bird lake and with the Swedish forest surrounding the area. Large grass lawn to run around, safe, tranquil and rich in wildlife. A peace full paradise. Enjoy the new sauna with panoramic windows or take a hot bath in the wood-fired barrel right next to the lake. The hot tub is not open during the winter due to the water freezing, from November to March. The sauna is open all year round.

Close to lake, Isaberg skiresort and cross country center in Tranemo. Close to Golf Club with 36 holes. The nature just outside the door Hike-in/Hike-out. Food at request. Peace and silent.
