Great location with stunning views of the river and rock tombs from the balcony and by the pool. Spacious villa, four bedrooms, great 1st floor living room and balcony. Not particularly new or luxurious, but nice, clean, well maintained. Air conditioning is good, WiFi works fine (not in basement). Pool is a bit small, but fine for cooling off. Location is great, plenty of good restaurants (Allegria was our fave) and a corner shop five minutes walk away. 10 minutes stroll to town centre and boats to the beach. We loved Dalyan. Not too built up, no big hotels, plenty of restaurants. River and views of the ancient tombs is unique and wonderful. The boat trip to the beach is cheap and easy (a cooperative runs shuttle boats, costs £4 return) takes about 40 minutes but is a nice trip. Beach is stunning.

Love Love Love!!! I can't recommend enough. Melanie was an amazing host and was always just a message away. Everything was as described and just what we needed. The villa was peaceful and situated in a beautiful location. I can't believe how easy the walk into town was! We are already looking at coming back - thanks for having us :)

This is our 5th time to Dalyan and we have stayed in hotels and villas. Villa Misli Blue is by far the best so for. Valentin the host was great he went above and beyond to help us, even when my husband smashed his phone, Valentin took it away and got it fixed for us. He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything but also respected our privacy. The house itself is perfect, everything you need and more, from a well equipped kitchen to all cleaning products provided(very generous) to water bottles delivered at unbelievable low price. The house is pristine and stylish and the garden and pool are beautiful and private, I hope you love cats ❤️ The house is close to town (5min walk) but still feels fairly quiet thanks to the mature gardens enclosing the pool and shady veranda. There is a shop selling all the basics 2 mins away. The proof as they say is in the pudding! We have already booked again for 2025. Thank you Valentin.

Ms. Emine's house was as it appeared in the photos, even before I saw my house, I had some prejudices before seeing the house. The house was very comfortable with a clean double bathroom. Almost all of what was to be in a house was available. Ms. Emine and her husband were interested and quickly came up with a solution in case of a request. The location of the house was quite close to Sarıgerme beach and iztuzu beach. We did not have any problems with the house during the 15 days we stayed. It is our advice. Idyllic, pure nature and everything you need! The sea, the center of Marmaris (a stone's throw) and the entire Marmaris area can be explored or reached by car between 60-90 minutes. Even at a temperature of 40 degrees, this village and the apartment are surprisingly fresh and pleasant. We didn't use the air conditioning one day. For the city of Datca (approx. 2 hours/easy) you should plan a whole day or 2 days. Everything is great ;)

What a superb location! Ahmet greeted us on arrival and was warm and welcoming. He was extremely helpful providing us with local information. The Castle is a few steps away with a magnificent view. Lots of local shopping and a great day out to walk along the beachfront and select a restaurant/bar with beach chairs to chill out. (Karen's Bar was particularly good). Cannot stress enough how fantastic this accommodation is!!

We were very satisfied with this place. Great location, clean and cozy. Market is right across the street, where we could buy fresh vegetables and fruit. Ugur is a very nice and helpful host. He allowed us to check in earlier. Suggested us places to eat. At the end of our stay he provided us with a transfer to airport. Highly recommend this place to stay in Marmaris!

It was a magnificent accommodation experience that instantly made me forget all the negativity I experienced during my previous stay in Muğla. There are not many options in the center of Muğla and what happens is incredibly bad. But Ms. Nejla's house is incredibly clean, tidy and made our stay for 6 people impeccable. Ms. Nejla is a very caring, very polite, friendly, incredibly hospitable host. I'm so happy to know her. The beauty of her home, the cleanliness also made our stay unforgettable. Don't hesitate to stay here at all. Accommodate more than you should in a home in nature, it's a pleasant place with a capacity to accommodate even your large group. Thank you so much for everything, I hope we will come back in time 🙏🏻

It was a wonderful head holiday with nature. Me and my wife are a couple who love nature, so this holiday was so nice to us in spirit and body. It was great to have breakfast with natural fresh eggs from the poultry house in the morning. The host's local coffee treat made us feel very special. Daily cleaning of the pool was very good in terms of hygiene. The size of the garden and the fact that the pool is not visible from the outside and the garden is not visible from the outside took note from us in its natural environment. The house has a very suitable structure among families with children. It's definitely a business we can choose when we have kids. Host provided instant dessert whenever we called very polite communication. Thanks again to him for his attention. We were very satisfied with all the sea restaurant cafe recommendations related to the environment. In the meantime, the kitchen utensils were more than enough and spotless. There's no need to eat outside, you might say. Thanks to this holiday, where we felt very special, we engraved the zemheri villa in our memory as our 2nd house. We look forward to the next holiday. Very lovely and cozy house , cute garden and pool , our family really enjoyed it. House is very clean and clutter free. Mr. Tahsin Was very friendly gave us great recommendations, be sure to ask him for beach recommendations, but you will need a car, you can reach beaches , market , Akyaka and so on in 15 - 30 min depending on place. Nearby village have bakery, grocery , vegetable market to get all necessary items. Thank you for hosting us, look forward to visit again.

We stayed in Akyaka for 7 days during the holiday holiday. From the attitude and interest of Aras Bey to the location of the house and the beauty of the house, everything was perfect. The house was also lovely and spotlessly clean as it looked in the photos. We loved the amenities of the house. There is everything you might think in the house. We went into the pool almost every night and had an enjoyable holiday. If you are coming to Akyaka, absolutely stay here for sure. The location is also great and almost everywhere is within walking distance. Mr. Aras is a very interested host, he always asked for our status, he was interested and helpful. If we were to come back, we would definitely like to stay here.
