Villamız, müstakil ve 3 katlıdır. Ormanla bitişik, kalabalıktan uzak, sessiz ve huzurlu bir bölgededir. Giriş katında salon, mutfak, tuvalet ve 2 büyük balkon bulunmaktadır. Üst katta, 3 yatak odası ve 2 banyosu bulunmaktadır. Her odanın kendine ait balkonu vardır. Yüzme havuzumuz mevcuttur, kış döneminde kapalı olan havuzumuz yaz başlangıcı itibariyle dezenfekte edilerek doldurulur. Günlük olarak kontrolü yapılarak hijyen koşulları takip edilir.
