Captain ´s Suite

The apartment is tranquil and completely quiet on the street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 3rd floor above our second apartment, Captain's house, and has a south-facing balcony overlooking the countryside towards Lake Constance. A short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We have a charging station for electric cars. The apartment is not suitable for small children. In this case, the 2nd apartment is more suitable.

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Paradise right on the lake with sauna on the water

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Lake Constance vacation home Uhldingen with pool & sauna

Apartment with indoor pool and sauna 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, 76 m². A covered parking space. View of the countryside/vineyards and side view of Lake Constance. There is an elevator in the house. So it is possible to get directly from the apartment with the elevator to the wellness area with pool and sauna. The Unteruhldingen pile dwellings are about a 20-minute walk away. Right next to it is the natural beach with a large lawn and shady trees.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.

Dear guests, Our apartment is located in the small beautiful Daisendorf and is perfect for relaxing from everyday life due to its location. It is part of a detached house where I live with my family. You have direct access to our spacious garden, which is surrounded by idyllic fields and a forest. Of course, you can share it. A parking space for your car is also included.

In the immediate vicinity there are very good restaurants, cafes, bars as well as bakers, Edeka and a bus stop. The lake, ships and ferry are about a 10-minute walk away.

Überlingen am Bodensee apartment in the old town

The 80 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse overlooking the museum garden and the lake.
