Captain ´s Suite

The apartment is tranquil and completely quiet on the street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 3rd floor above our second apartment, Captain's house, and has a south-facing balcony overlooking the countryside towards Lake Constance. A short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We have a charging station for electric cars. The apartment is not suitable for small children. In this case, the 2nd apartment is more suitable.

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. The apartment is in a very quiet location, about 150 m from the lake as the crow flies. Walk 350 m to the lake (swimming area). High-quality, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Balcony with lake view. TV with satellite reception, Wi-Fi, 2 bicycles for free use. 3 canoes available together with other apartments (1-person, 2 x 3-person). Large common garden.

The modern, high-quality penthouse with a spacious terrace is located in a newly renovated residential and commercial building in the middle of the old town of Überlingen and is just a stone's throw from the shores of Lake Constance. The historic old town, the Mediterranean ambience, the waterfront promenade and the diverse culinary offerings with numerous restaurants and cafes invite you to enjoy and linger. Right next to it is the natural beach with a large lawn and shady trees.

Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.
