Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Hier thront Ihr hoch oben mit einer herrlichen Sicht über den See bis zu den Alpen. Ideal für eine erholsame Auszeit ausserhalb der hektischen Stadt. Ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder zu Fuss in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Stadt führt Euch der schöne, lange Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

Captain ´s Suite

Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

The apartment is functional and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Parking is available and the train station as well as the lake can be reached in a few steps. The beautiful shore path invites you for walks.

Plenty of space for a vacation on Lake Constance in this spacious accommodation. The lake is within walking distance (about 1.5 km to the beach). Also a bakery 700 m, or supermarket 400 m. In the kitchen there is a stove & oven as well as a microwave. You can also work at the large table in the living room. In the bedroom there is also a work table. A crib can be provided on request.

Enjoy simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located accommodation. This unique apartment is located opposite the Überlingen Museum. This is the ideal base to explore Überlingen. Only a 3-minute walk and you are right in the center, where all the tourist attractions are located. Centrally located but still quiet, as there is little traffic on this street.

Haus Seefrieden - Accommodation with charm

Our house is located about 200 m from the lake on the edge of the Seefelder Aach nature reserve. The harbor and the town center can be reached comfortably in 5 minutes. Since our small guesthouse is a bit outdated, we started to carefully renovate it in winter 2018 and to turn some guest rooms into apartments. We are now looking forward to welcoming you!
