Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Petite superette en bas de l immeuble. Le quartier est calme, et l immeuble est entretenu (voir photo). Proche de la piste cyclable Albertville-Annecy, et d un joli plan d eau. Le lac d Annecy est à 20min en voiture. Malheureusement pas de climatisation, interdit dans l immeuble.
