Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Udine

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Franka solo una notte, di passaggio in zona. Il villaggio è un po' isolato, circa 20 minuti in auto da Gorizia, ma vale la pena guidare un po' perché la casa è immersa nel verde, molto ampia e pulita. L'alloggio è al piano superiore della casa e nella parte inferiore vive Franka con suo marito. Appartamento molto ampio, eravamo in 4 adulti e lo spazio era ampiamente sufficiente. La cucina è completa di tutto. Posto auto nel cortile al coperto. La comunicazione con Franka è sempre stata puntuale e veloce, anche grazie alla traduzione automatica di Airbnb. Lei e il marito parlano poco italiano o inglese, ma sono persone accoglienti e la lingua non è un problema. La descrizione della casa e dell’esterno è molto dettagliata e rispetta esattamente la realtà. Per il check-in ci hanno aspettato e le indicazioni sono state molto chiare. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Sasha's house îs situated în a small village 20 minutes South of Postojna. It is an old family house renovated and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a longer stay, to include a small swimming pool. We only stayed 2 nights but wished we could stay more. Sasha îs a great host. He welcomed us, offered drinks and small gifts when we left. His attitude was always proactive and offered great recommendations. We felt great and we would love to come back. Thank you Sasha for a warm welcome and for making us feel like home. We would come back because the area offers a lot to do. See you next time Marian

Logement très fonctionnel et bien équipé dans une jolie région. La rivière a 10 minutes à pied par un joli chemin est un atout surtout quand il fait très chaud. Merci

The house is amazing, large with alot of history and is beautifully renovated. Great for the number of guests we had everyone had their own room and own space. It was a great base for where we needed to be to visit relatives in surrounding visit and nothing is too far away. The beds were comfortable and large so plenty of storage and had everything you needed. We could park off the street and also had great washing facilities and room to hang clothes in the upstairs attic space. Matteo’s house exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend.

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

We loved our month stay here. It rained a lot but we were cozy and enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the beautiful drives through the cloud draped mountains and found so much to do in the area. From walking in the mountains and along the river to taking tours of WW1 bunkers and the Kobarid museum and the neanderthal cave, to visiting the lace school and mercury mine in Idrija. It was all fun. Tanja was always available for questions and taught us how to use their inside heating systems. This is really a great place to do as little as you want or as much as you want.

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Weshalb wir gerne wiederkommen werden.

Caterina’s apartment was comfortable, clean, convenient, and very spacious. This was our first time in Trieste and Caterina provided a welcoming experience to a special city by the sea. Amenities were plentiful and decor was unique. We hope to return and stay here again.

La mansarda di Massimiliano è molto, molto graziosa. Arredata con gusto e funzionale. I dintorni sono tranquilli. Per il centro, però, meglio l'auto che a piedi. Ho trovato materiale informativo più che esaustivo. Purtroppo, ma non è colpa di Massimiliano, a Pasqua molte cose interessanti chiuse.

Nos hôtes étaient très sympathiques, ils ont pris le temps de nous expliquer ce qu'il y avait à voir en ville et la communication s'est très bien passée. Le logement est situé à 20 minutes des lieux de vie et des zones à visiter. je recommande.

Nuestra estancia ha sido maravillosa. Nuestro apartamento fue una base perfecta para hacer visitar otros lugares y para realizar actividades cercanas. Al volver, una cama cómoda y un lugar acogedor para estar en familia.

Die Wohnung von Alice hat meiner Frau und mir gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage gelegen. Das Zentrum ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Ein PKW-Parkplatz ist vor der Wohnung vorhanden und gratis nutzbar. Die Küche in der Wohnung ist gut für Selbstversorger nutzbar. Die Wohnung könnte durchaus auch von 4 Personen genutzt werden, da sie genügend Platz bietet. Das Bad wie auch die restliche Wohnung waren sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung war nett. Der einzigste Kritikpunkt ist das Bett - auch wenn es relativ neu war, war es nicht angenehm darin zu schlafen. Das Bett quietschte bei jeder Bewegung und lies uns nicht wirklich gut schlafen. Danke für den angenehmen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt.

Our stay at this property was fantastic! The accommodation was top-notch, the location couldn't have been better, and the hosts were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great experience in Trieste.

Erg mooie accommodatie! Fijne omgeving om je vakantie door te brengen. De contactpersoon is erg aardig en je kan er makkelijk mee communiceren. Wil je een keertje slapen in een niet touristisch dorpje, dan is dit zeker een aanrader!

We had the best time in Villa Eva, we enjoyed the great views and the amazing house during our holiday. Timon was really helpful with tips and also showed us around his olive oil production with private tasting - amazing! Thanks again, we hope to come back to Kozana soon!

It’s great location, peaceful on one hand and less then one hour drive to the sea (Grade city), and several ski resorts. Lots of supermarkets 10 min drive. Very nice BBQ sen in the garden, and open fire place in the living room. Parking spot is next to the apartment big enough for 2 cars. We are thinking to come once again on summer.

Huset är stort, högt i tak och inrett med gamla vackra möbler. Terassen är underbar och utsikten över bukten otroligt vacker. Ett hus med personlighet! Smidigt att ta bussen in till Trieste. Och bra med parkering vid huset. Tanja var mycket vänlig. Allt var toppen!

We were two families who met at the villa to spend some time together. For this the house is perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The outside area with the pool and the terrace is stunning. Especially the kids but also us adults loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some of the things were not super clean but that is more on previous guests then on the host. The bedrooms are all very nice and beds are very comfortable. Also, there are ACs in all rooms. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

Es ist eine wunderbare Unterkunft, ein kleines Häuschen, das an ein großes Haus angrenzt, mit einem großen, idyllischen Garten und einem großartigen Pool , von dem aus man das ganze Tagliamento überblickt. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns mit guten Infos versorgt hat. Fußläufig gibt es ein gutes Alimentari mit kleiner Bar. Für Wanderer gibt es den Monte Pala und einen wunderschönen mittelalterlichen Weg nach Vito d'asio über San Martino- vor der Haustür !

Nikolas war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles super erklärt. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern sauber und ordentlich mit einem großen Garten. Die Abende haben wir auf der Dachterrasse verbracht. Wir haben viel unternommen z.B. Venedig, Höle von Postojna, Strand in Grado, Strand Marina Julia Monfalcone, Ljubljana, Tolmin-Klamm.... Tolle Gegend. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Tadej war einfach wunderbar. Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung – geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die hervorragende Betreuung durch unseren Gastgeber Tadej, der stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar war.​ Die Lage der Unterkunft ist traumhaft: ruhig, idyllisch und perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und neue Energie zu tanken. Wir konnten uns bestens erholen und die friedliche Umgebung in vollen Zügen genießen.​ Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und danken Tadej herzlich für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.​
