Host was very helpful and accommodating, and the property is spacious and very clean. The view is stunning, and we loved our walk from the house through the flower meadows to the lake. We also enjoyed a number of other walks from the doorstep into the pristine countryside using our Cicerone Julian Alps of Slovenia guide book. Handy little supermarket a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed two evening meals in Gostilna Mihovc.

I was completely satisfied with this place. The location is ideal – only about 10 minutes walk from the bus station, close to the city center and shops. Everything was easily accessible. The communication with the owner was great. She was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and completely furnished with everything needed. There was nothing missing in the kitchen, including tea, coffee, sugar, and basic amenities, which is always a big plus. The bathroom was stocked with clean towels and hygiene products. I felt at home here.

Superb accomodation, very spacious and clean. A comfortable bed, plenty of cupboards, spacious high spec bathroom, great kitchen. We were impressed with Sergio's attention to detail. There were lots of local visitor guides and a list of recommended cafes, restaurants etc. This was one of the best BnB's we have found over many years of travel. Thanyou Sergio.

Very good stay at the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable with lots of space - and everything possible provided. Great views from the balcony and good location for exploring the nearby towns and areas (Grado, Cividale, Collio etc). Thank you Umberto for the hospitality.

The apartment is small but it is detailed, it has everything you need, nothing is missing. It's very clean.

We spent a few days in Trieste as a family with two children (2 and 5 years old). Alessandro's apartment was a perfect starting point for exploring on foot. The detailed tips that Alessandro kindly compiled were very helpful for this. The apartment itself is an absolute dream! Beautiful and lovingly furnished, very clean and spacious. For our children, there were so many nice little things, like books and toys, that absolutely sweetened their stay. But the small room alone, which can be reached by the stairs and in which you have a great view of Trieste from the skylight, was an absolute highlight. We felt at home from the first second! The fact that there is a pizzeria right next door was another plus (sometimes the big hunger has to be satisfied quickly. ;-)). But the kitchen equipment was also perfect for cooking food. All in all, an absolutely brilliant accommodation!

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Very friendly and responsive host. Large apartment in a great central location that is close to everything you could need. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, ideal for couple with kids

We loved our stay in Tina's apartment and in Nova Gorica. The apartment is very quiet (we didn't notice any noise from other apartments or the neighbourhood, and as Tina's is the only flat on the top floor, there is no one on either side or above you), it is very close to the bus station and walking distance to the train station/Europa Park/shops/cafes/bars/national theatre and over the border into Gorizia (or take the INT bus). Comms with Tina were very easy and she has gone above and beyond in terms of facilities - while the description says 'kitchen basics', the actual supplies would put many 'fully provided' kitchens to shame. And the shower is good and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, a delight and highly recommended.

Alessandro and his mother were super helpful and kind, they gave us clear directions, they made us find everything we needed and they also helped us with bus stops and times for the airport. The cottage has everything you need, it is comfortable, cosy and 10 minutes from the centre. Recommended!

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!

We spent a few days at OasiMare to take advantage of the first seasonal sun and an event in the nearby sports field. Everything is very close, we parked the car on arrival and it was no longer necessary to move it. The clean and bright house complete with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The possibility of using a beach spot, umbrella and 2 sunbeds, included in the apartment fee, is very much appreciated. The balcony offers the opportunity to enjoy an evening aperitif or breakfast. Giovanni, who was very kind and helpful, put us at ease. Perfect location, we will gladly return.

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. Tennis and paddle tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing holiday.

My husband and I had a very pleasant weekend in Caorle in Gianluca's apartment. Apartment with impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and well-stocked. Located in a quiet area but close to all amenities... the beach service included in the offer is also great, which is not so obvious to have!

It was a pleasant stay. We also got what we expected.

We loved our stay here, having the pool was a real bonus with the sunny weather. the whole outside space was great for us, we cooked out there in the mornings and evenins. The location is very quiet but there was a bar next door and a couple of restaurants which were walkable. overall we had a great time and Gregor was very friendly and checked to make sure we had everything we need.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
