The apartment is located on the second and last floor. It has recently been completely renovated, bathroom and kitchen are new. The decor is modern. There is a removable cot for children. In the basement there is a small garage, but it is not difficult to find parking immediately outside the house. There is a nice common garden and a terrace.

Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

The apartment is 70 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro - Grado -Bibione for the summer .. 40 km from the starred city of Palmanova and towards the border of Slovenia is Cividale del Friuli known for the Longobardi. Closer to 9 km are Gemona del Friuli and Venzone. For the winter, the ski areas are Zoncolan 35 km away , Tarvisio 45 km and Nassfeld
