We were very well and warmly welcomed by Elena and Giuseppe. The accommodation is very functional, clean, pleasantly decorated. The garden, which you can enjoy, is a beautiful resting space, pleasant to the eyes. Note that the vehicle can be easily parked. This accommodation is well located, and allows you to visit very easily, by car or public transport, very interesting cities nearby. Very good stay, we'll be happy to come back.

A beautiful house with a lovely garden. Marisa was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed to the house by her and shown around. Prosecco in the fridge and flowers on the table. She even baked us a cake one day. I definitely recommend this house and host. Also, great communication from her daughter who helps to manage the house.

The house is even more beautiful than the photos , cared for in every detail , the plus is the sauna with relaxation area overlooking the mountains . Nothing is missing to spend a few days relaxing and in the middle of nature . Ferruccio is friendly and ready to meet every minimum need . There are plenty of trails to explore nearby. Experience to repeat .

We spent a few days at OasiMare to take advantage of the first seasonal sun and an event in the nearby sports field. Everything is very close, we parked the car on arrival and it was no longer necessary to move it. The clean and bright house complete with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The possibility of using a beach spot, umbrella and 2 sunbeds, included in the apartment fee, is very much appreciated. The balcony offers the opportunity to enjoy an evening aperitif or breakfast. Giovanni, who was very kind and helpful, put us at ease. Perfect location, we will gladly return.

Really nice and good Communication

We stayed at Giovanna's place as 4 couples and just loved it! Each room has its own bathroom, everything is spacious and clean. The house is very creative and cozy. We were lucky with the weather and were able to eat outside and fully enjoy the pool. The house is very well located for excursions to the sea, cities (Venice, Treviso, etc.) and wineries. Giovanna gives very good excursion tips. We were very satisfied all around and 100% recommend the house.

We had an amazing stay in Bibione – thank you so much, Umberto! We’ve never had such a kind and flexible host. We messed up our check-in time, but he patiently waited for us and was incredibly understanding. The apartment is huge, unbelievably clean (cleaner than any Airbnb we’ve stayed at!), and just a short walk from the beach. We’d come back in a heartbeat – highly recommended

I was worried because I chose the accommodation where my dad was staying, but he took care of me before I arrived- Always kindly answer questions and He said he had no discomfort at all. And the house is so pretty, the kitchen is big, and he said he was very comfortable~~ I am grateful for the use. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. It was a wonderful stay.

The accommodation met our expectations, it has everything we need for a pleasant stay. Everything was impeccably clean, beautiful view from the side of the sea, and from the roof where the pool is located on the part of Caorle and the sea. Very cozy and well cared for mobile house in a very nice campsite, location of the house also excellent as it is not too close to other houses. In front of the supermarket, so convenient to buy bread or milk or other. Close to the pool , a favorite place for children. The only flaw is the wifi that didn't work properly (also in that camping area the phone didn't take well), but maybe it depends on the area in general that lacks coverage.

Perfect location right in the center, but quiet as it is away from the road. Close to a large car park so very easy to drop and pickup guests. All shops and restaurants / bars are walking distance. Having an elevator is convenient, the small terras is good to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Sufficient space in the apartment.

Cute and clean apartment in a great part of the city. Nice balcony view of the piazza. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place!

The place is beautiful, really relaxing, there is plenty to do in the area. We had everything we needed in the house, the kitchen is well equipped, very comfy beds, nice bathroom, outdoor furniture. our dog loved the garden😀Patty is super host, the check-in amd out was very smooth. We had a wonderfull stay.

Amazing surroundings Place bigger than looks in photo (the second bedroom is small - in our case perfect we were just travelling with our baby). Crib/high chair provided perfect for traveling with baby Definitely worth a stop for a few days!

The stay in Trieste was very nice and above all, we were able to discover many great restaurants and cafés through Peter! He was very attentive and, above all, felt available at all times, which is why we felt safe. The space is sufficient for either 2 people with a dog or even 3 people, as the couch was also very comfortable. The air conditioning was sometimes necessary and we were grateful that it was there. The garage, where we were allowed to park our car, is a bit steep and perhaps a bit more difficult to use for low cars, but we still managed it. We thank you very much and hope that we can visit Trieste again soon. All the best!

What an amazing and historic place! It was a great mix of authentic history with all of the newest, modern amenities. We couldnt have been happier.

Annamaria’s place was beautiful. A historic building with a beautifully designed interior. Very convenient to have wash in the apartment as well. WiFi and AC worked great and location was perfect to walk to the center with great dinner options near by. Parking was easy to find on the street in front of the apartment and Annamaria was very responsive and made the check in process very seamless as we didn’t know exactly what time we’d be arriving, but she was there waiting promptly when we arrived to let us in. A lovely place to stay if you are in Udine! Thank you very much :)
