Chamerande old house, over 100 years, in the heart of Idefjorden, in fine little Krokstrand, about 20 minutes by car from Strömstad. The house has a new kitchen (space for about 8) and a new bath, 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. On the outside you will find a large lovely terrace with outdoor tables and chairs, umbrellas and some sun loungers. In summer there is sun on the terrace from about 9-20. The house is located on a slope and on the plot runs a flowing brook, soothing and still. It is 7 min to walk down to the fjord, where you will find the beach with the jetty.

On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Very old windmill rebuild as a summer holiday house. Location 45km north of Gothenburg and 7 km from the next grocery. Simple kitchen inside and also outside. Toilet and shower is outside the mill in a separate house. Sunny location, hot tub, sauna with outside shower, sea view. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Roof hight on the first floor is very low about 170 cm. Stairs are steep. Spiders live in the mill. The WIFI works outdoors only. Sauna hottub and open fire inside the mill are by wood.

Here, you can take a break and unwind with either a lovely walk in nature or by enjoying a good book on our beautiful outdoor terrace, which is located by the stream that meanders around the property. If you'd rather explore the shops, the property is located 20 km from Torp or 20 km from Överby. 10 km from Uddevalla city centre. There is an outdoor shower with hot water on the terrace.
