A small staircase up, you will find a newly renovated upper floor with bathroom. 15 minutes walk along the water into Ljungskile center and train/bus station and only 50 meters to 2 nice restaurants. A quiet little oasis with proximity to nature and plenty of activities in the area for those who want them.

Gas barbecue, parasol, access to a private beach. Please note that there are a few steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double, 2 singles and a small rowing boat are available during your stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

AC för er bekvämlighet och en insyndsskyddad altan med kvällssol. Trappa ner till vattnet och terassen där finns ett rikt fågelliv och grön natur. Detta är en gård från 1860 som vi vårdar och även kompletterar med solceller och batterlager för naturens skull. Gott om plats för parkering och hela 2000m2 gräsmatta att vistas på 10 min till Uddevalla centrum.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Close to forest and land and a perfect starting point for day trips by bus or car to the pearls of the Bohuskusten.
