Approx. 500 meters to a fantastic tapas restaurant with associated vineyard. About 700 meters to Coop grocery store. Beautiful green area to walk in right outside the door. Bed linen available to rent. The tenant does the final cleaning.

Charming 1930s villa in a protected private location with beach plot. The house is beautifully located at Rörbäckskilen with a patio right on the waterfront. As a guest, you can borrow: * Rowboat, 4m * Kayak * 4 SUP boards Here you can enjoy the silence and the nature! The house is fully equipped and furnished. Good fiber Internet connection. The style is mixed from the 1930s onwards. However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly since then. We are happy to rent monthly or longer. At least weekly.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

I mitten av Bohuslän med sin fantastiska natur och sina sevärdheter ligger vår lilla stuga med plats för 3-4 personer, utrustad med kök, dusch och utedass. En stor trädgård är också tillgänglig. Havsbad 150 meter bort. Härligt för barnen! Här finns höns och bin. Var snäll och ha med egna lakan och handdukar, har ni inte möjlighet till detta kan ni hyra lakan för 200 kr. per person När stugan lämnas ska den vara städad. Städning kan annars köpas efter överenskommelse för 500 kr.

Gustafsberg, Sweden's oldest seaside resort, is just 200 meters away and the beautiful Strandpromenaden, designated as Sweden's most beautiful road in 2009, leads here.

Nice walking paths in the area as well as proximity to Lysekil ( 9 km ), about 3-4 miles can be found favorite spots such as Nordens Ark, Kungshamn, Fjälbacka, Smögen.
