Welcome to this cozy apartment with proximity to the sea, nature, shopping and famous excursions. Here you have 200 meters to the sea, 4 km to Torp Shopping Center, 9 km to five-star camping with pool, water slide, sandy beach, high altitude track and hiking trails. If you want to visit the gems of the west coast, you will reach Kungshamn, Smögen, Grebbestad and Lysekil in less than an hour. The apartment has two outdoor seating areas with sea view and there is outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. A small football field is also available just outside.

With us, you will stay in a small cottage from the 1800s, with a large balcony and access to a garden. You can park on the property and if you want to work for a while, there is a functional workplace with Wi-Fi. Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer as well as induction hob with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, umbrella, access to your own beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 120 cm bed), a small playroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The entrance features a large veranda with outdoor seating. From the kitchen, you have direct access to a generous patio with outdoor seating and a retractable awning.

There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.

Angel's courtyard in Lane Ryr is on our old dairy farm from the 1800s. Here you can take a break and unwind with either a lovely walk in nature or enjoy a good book at our beautiful outdoor terrace located by the creek that meanders around the farm. If you would rather discover the shopping, the farm is 20 km from Torp or 20 km from Overby. 10 km from the center of Uddevalla. (the outdoor shower is removed for the season)

Cozy newly renovated apartment in Sunningen with big teras. Wonderful sea view. Perfect for vacation. It is a quiet villa area, two minutes walk to the beach and jetty. During summer 4 times each day the archipelago boat goes to different places along the coast. 30 minutes walk to Unda Camping and 10 minutes by car to Torp shopping center and into Uddevalla center.
