We have 3 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking the forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

From here you can easily reach bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (staging baths, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot the old harbor with museum ship, fish cart, canoe station, shipyard, ship moorings, boat rental and a boat equipment. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
