Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Überwasser

This charming and historic apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults, baby, and toddler. The location is amazing, on a quiet lane next to the castle, with incredible views across the town, lake, and castle. There is a small swimming cove just below the apartment suitable for adults or a quick dip with children. The wider pebble beach with a lifeguard is a short walk away, as is the ferry to Limone sul Garda. The town’s best gelato shop is around the corner, as is an excellent restaurant Paradiso Perduto (reserve ahead). Matteo and Ludovica were very hospitable and responsive, and met us in person at both check-in and departure. They arranged a complimentary transfer of our luggage with an ape, which was much appreciated across the cobblestone lanes. One thing to consider is if you are sensitive to heat, the two bedrooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in the summer months. We visited during an unseasonably warm June, but thankfully the fans were sufficient.

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Giuliana and Davide's apartment is quite charming. The bed is very comfortable and the terrace and balcony invite you to linger. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime

This is the second time we have stayed at the chalet and it is always wonderful to spend time there. Extremely quiet area surrounded by greenery and silence, the house has practically everything you need. Great place to spend a relaxing holiday, but for more active people there are many possibilities a few kilometres away. We'll be back in September!

We felt very comfortable from the first moment in the accommodation. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy; perfectly equipped and we especially liked the roof terrace. Despite the fact that the accommodation is in the city centre, it was amazingly quiet. As a starting point for any business, it was great for us! Communication with Andreas was very pleasant and fast from the beginning. Andreas is a friendly, communicative guy :) Conclusion: highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in the Dolomites! The apartment was absolutely perfect – clean, cozy, and very well-equipped, with breathtaking views of the mountains right from the window. Communication with the owner was excellent from the start; he was incredibly helpful and provided us with great tips about the area, which made a big difference to our trip. Although we were a bit unlucky with the weather during the first few days, we still managed to enjoy ourselves. The private sauna was a real bonus – perfect for relaxing after a day out in the mountains. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

We loved staying here the apartment clean, modern and view we're amazing. Elisa takes you to the apartment and is very knowledgeable about the local area, she also has a restaurant which we eat in twice and is superb. The apartment is close to shops and restaurants it is up a hill but there are regular free local buses.

Ornella was a wonderful host. Her apartment is in a stunning place. The view through the windows are absolutely beautiful🥰 Ornella every day helped us with advices about the places we could visit and also she left us a present when we arrived. Very lovely host❤️

Very likeable, communicative and helpful landlords. Great apartment, exactly as described or even larger than expected. Everything perfectly clean and fully equipped. Very modern and at the same time warm and cosily furnished. It was a great stay for four very relaxing nights. Alberto's apartment is perfectly faithful to the description. For our 14-day stay in Italy, the 2 nights in this apartment were our favourites. We regretted not having stayed longer. The comfort is excellent (beds, shower, kitchen, living room, terrace). The host really pays attention to everything in the smallest details. We decided to cook our meals there rather than go to the restaurant, as we were so comfortable there. Parking is at the door. There are a few floors to climb to get to the apartment. Note that the accommodation is on the main street and that you can hear a little traffic. I am sensitive to noise but it did not bother me. There is a beautiful walk to do behind the house, along the lake. It will definitely be our address for a future trip to the Dolomites. Thank you very much Giovanni and Alberto!

Ute's place was perfect, extremely clean, in a nice quiet location close to the city of Cortina. Her communication was excellent, and she has some great recommendations. The house has everything we needed for a 4 night stay to hike the surrounding trails. It was central to all the main hikes. We highly recommend Ute's location.

Daniel was a fantastic host, very responsive and the place was easy to check in and out of. The place also came with wine that we were able to enjoy on the balcony at no extra cost! Very friendly neighbours and dogs! We stayed for a week and had a great time.

We had a great time in Scanna. With a vehicle, you can reach many great destinations. Rosaria or her husband had great tips for activities and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need, even a few spices, shower gel, etc. The apartment is spacious for two, a little dark, but by sharing the beautiful garden we did not find that bad. We spent a lot of time in the garden, especially for eating and in the evening for a cold drink.
