With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

There is a bakery, a village shop and a 24/7 shop in the neighboring village with regional products in the center of the village. Good public transport connection (3-minute walk). The bus line runs hourly between Sigmaringen and Überlingen am Bodensee in either direction. Free parking is available directly at the property. Bicycles can be parked in the carport. Handtücher, Fön, Bettwäsche, Heißluftfrittöse, Kaffeevollautomat, Kühl-Gefrierschrank sind in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Wichtig: absolute Nichtraucher- Wohnung!
