My place is centrally located, "Neue Mitte," in Überlingen, just 850 meters from the historic old town and the train station. The lake can be reached on foot in about 11-15 minutes. Within 150 meters, there are various shopping facilities. A car parking space is available free of charge directly at the house. The bus stop is only 100 meters away. The attic apartment has: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 combined kitchen/living room with 1 sofa bed.

If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

Beautiful apartment 1 in new wooden house 100 m to the lake

Walk to the lake in swimsuits in the morning and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach bath 2 minutes away. In the evening, stroll to the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the terrace. Either way he could look like a holiday in our holiday apartment on Lake Constance.
