Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Überlingen

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

We stayed with Lisa and Manuel for the second time. The house is beautiful and everything is sparkling clean and tidy. Everything is exactly as advertised and you immediately feel at home. We stayed with our three-year-old daughter and we love the Lake Constance region. We'll be back for sure.

The place was very clean and large. The communication was very good and the house very cozily furnished.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and had lovingly decorated the house for Easter. Sweets and Easter eggs were available. We spent a wonderful week surrounded by beautiful things, art and a cozy tiled stove that we needed less than we thought. The rippling fountain provided a homey vibe, and we enjoyed live guitar music. All around beautiful! A successful place to stay for family reunions. Noise-sensitive should note that the house is right on the street, so cars are clearly audible in the morning and evening. The renovation of the half-timbered house is creative and well thought out, but the open character makes it a little clairvoyant. The high bathroom is open to the roof truss and delimited with fabric panels – a beautiful, individual solution, but not for homemade buns! We had a lot of fun and thank Barbara and Christoph for the happy time!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The house is very large and perfect for families with young children. It was spotlessly clean, and you can tell that the host attaches great importance to details. He was also extremely kind and helpful. The location is quiet and ideal for anyone who wants to relax. The property is also ideally suited for larger groups, as there is enough room for everyone. We highly recommend this Airbnb and will be happy to come back!

We were 13 people. 2 retirees, 6 adults and 5 children. From young to old, everyone enjoyed it very much. You live with sheep directly, so it smells a little like animal. This was a huge experience, especially for the children. One person disturbed it a bit, but it's from Berlin. So don't count... The house was impeccable, and there was also a place for everyone to eat. Amenities were impeccable! Cleanliness and tidiness were top notch! The contact with the landlady Sabine was always excellent! And much, much faster than expected. Summarized in one sentence: i'd love to come back!

We loved staying with Heinz and Iris - both are wonderful hosts and we felt right at home in the accommodation. We would definitely visit again!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment! The apartment was clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – exactly as described. We particularly liked the quiet location and the cozy atmosphere that invited you to relax. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful.

As a family of four, we felt very comfortable in the spacious, bright apartment of grandma Jutta and Joe. The location is perfect for all trips around Lake Constance. The apartment is newly renovated, tastefully furnished and very clean. Bed and couch are very comfortable. We used the two bicycles provided for a small trip to the cafe and also tried the SUPs. Check-in and checkout were flexible and completely hassle-free. The best thing about the apartment is the landlords. We were impressed by their generosity, we lacked nothing. Joe was always helpful and very friendly. The street can be heard during the day as described in the advertisement, but we were on our way anyway, and at night it didn't bother us at all.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation right away. Everything was as described, clean and cozy. Above all, the large terrace has and has a lot of joy. Klaus gave us nice recommendations for the area and was always quickly accessible. We can fully recommend this Aribnb. Thanks a lot!

This was our 2nd visit to this fantastically beautiful place. Nathalie is incredibly hospitable, has taken care of everything to the last detail, provides you with valuable tips on walks, ski lessons, the tastiest eateries and the nicest towns in the area! We have enjoyed it again and our next stay here is already planned. We are already looking forward to it!

The apartment was our station for an extended hiking weekend. It was perfect for this and we were always nice to come "home" after a day outside. The fact that there is a bakery and restaurants within walking distance was also nice!

very nice and clean apartment, very friendly people, helpful, got a pot of homemade honey on departure. Had a top holiday! 2 small downsides, toilets do not flow well and hot water was up at the 3rd person to shower. Otherwise satisfied with everything!

Tülin’s home was the highlight of our stay. When we saw the pictures, we knew we wanted to stay there, and it did not disappoint. Everyone in our group loved all the amenities from the sauna and ping pong table to the amazing fireplace. The guest book wall in the elevator was so clever. Tülin and her husband were so gracious to pick us up from the train station. They did an amazing job converting this once textile factory into a unique and well thought out home. They really did think of everything and provided extra amenities throughout for their guests, including additional toiletries and a first aid kit. Her recommendations for places to eat nearby were spot on. We would love to return someday!

We enjoyed meeting Christina’s menagerie. Her house is very welcoming and homey. Anything you might need is in the house, kitchen, bathroom. We were able to get anywhere we wanted to go quite easily, including to the airport. Christina was a wonderful and helpful hostess.

Recommendations 100/10. Whenever you are in Zurich this place is a must to stay weather is for one night or multiple. For your money you will get a host who will welcome you with the biggest smile and nicest soul and advise you about everything you need. Extremely clean home and amazing garden, very peaceful neighbourhood. Thank you Christina for the hospitality:))

We spent a beautiful girlfriend weekend here. It really has everything you need for it. The sauna with magnificent views over the lake, a warm hot tub that invites you to relax, and a crackling fireplace that warms up in the evening and creates a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen and large window fronts are also particularly good. Just arrive and relax. Wonderful and happy to come back.

Very nice place to stay for a weekend with friends or family. Spacious kitchen, bathrooms and rooms. Separated from the lake only by the (non-disturbing) railway line, great view, very large playground on the lake, thermal baths and downtown within walking distance. We'd love to come back!

We enjoyed our family get-together in the house a lot! The kids particularly enjoyed all the toys and the garden and the adults loved the coffee machine ;)
