Our self-contained, well equipped Annexe is converted from cattle sheds & a horse engine room. It's light & spacious and adjoins the timber framed barn where we live. We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. Suit bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, writers, artists, nature lovers .

Comfortably furnished, sittingroom with log fire and french doors onto secluded south facing lawned, and hedged garden, with pond on one side. BBQ and garden furniture. Kitchen-dining room, bathroom with shower, Steep narrow stairs to first floor, one twin bedroom, one double. Ideally situated for the Suffolk heritage coast.

A compact value for money, basic, clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage. NOTE: shower over bath, one double bed is small 4ft double. No pets, Non-Smoking. Check-out 1000. It is RURAL, the pubs have varied opening hours, we get country insects. WiFi 🛜 access & phone signal varies. TV free-view not Smart, 2 vehicles. Long life milk in case you forget supplies. The nearest shop is 5 miles. I do my best to point all of this out. Cleaning charge added per stay.

The garden is a real sun trap and a great place to relax and eat al fresco.
