Welcome to the Villa Karlslund! The accommodation is located in one of Örebro's oldest and most enriched areas. Here you can walk along Svartån in scenic surroundings, take a ride in the running track, a round with your MTB or a pass in the outdoor gym that you will find on the other side of the road. The property is located 4 km from the travel center and you can easily get there with the bus that stops on the other side of the street. Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, there is a rental from the host.

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.
