This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

House is a great place to stay with our family and friends for our yearly vacation. Quick walk to the beach or park at Richard Seltzer Park across the street for quick access too. House was clean, everything we needed for a convenient stay. The hosts were super responsive and always so kind. Poop was great, and we appreciate all the extras provided. Check out Fins next door. It has the best street tacos and great atmosphere. They even do worship and singing- and baptism on the beach. It was a highlight for us! Overall recommend this house for your family vacation.

This was the most beautiful and serene home I’ve EVER rented on this platform. Kristie’s place had everything you could possibly need during your stay and I love to smell a clean house🥰 The house was spotless! Bed linen and towels were ample and CLEAN! You will see wildlife which is normal in the area and we loved the dolphins that appeared in the lake. Kayaks available and my Marine got a great workout 😂The resort style pool did not disappoint and she also had floats. With the installed fans and canopy you will stay cool. I’m already looking to rebook! If you’re interested in true relaxation, look no further and book now😍🎉🎉

We loved Erika’s place . Any questions we had she answered very quickly and the house was comfortable. We loved the pool/backyard area and they had everything we needed to feel at home . Would definitely stay again !

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. The kids loved having the pool, as the beaches were double red flags most of our stay. The space was beautiful. It was very spacious. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We had every cooking utensils we needed to enjoy a couple home cooked meals. Ginger was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. The Airbnb is located in a nice area. We felt safe the entire time. It was definitely worth the price. We would love to stay again in the future.

Joe’s home was lovely and a perfect size for our group. The home was beautifully designed and the backyard was a staple during our stay. The pool was heated perfectly for us. The house was extremely close to the beach just a five minute walk! We would love to stay at Joe’s place again in the future!

We had a wonderful experience with Montanna. She was incredibly accommodating, provided helpful recommendations, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay with them. The kids enjoyed the pool.

We had an amazing time! A bunch of teachers looking for rest and relaxation with our pups! We loved the calm private beach in the residence and the usage of the golf cart made it so easy to get around! The pool was amazing! There are beautiful beaches with waves close by but having a peaceful calm beach not packed with people was right up our alley! The beds were super comfortable and we could not have had a better stay! We hope to be back for a longer time next year!

Absolutely love our stay at Betty’s place she was a wonderful host and the house was very beautiful very grateful she was able to make apart of our family vacation possible will be most definitely booking again in the near future!

Me and my family (Including our furry ones) had a fantastic stay at Christine's place. She was great from the beginning worked with us to be able to accommodate our requests and needs and feel right at home for the length of our stay. We were traveling for work and have 2 teens (home schooled) with us as well so having an office was just perfect. The space was big and comfortable to do our online meetings without a problem. The internet was great at keeping up with 4 laptops, video games, Alexa , Tv & phones. She left us cleaning supplies that smelled great, the vacuum was my favorite. The location of this house is just perfect. Amazon, Uber eats, Uber rides & Walmart deliveries were on point apart of the fact that any and every store is a 10 minute drive. The neighborhood it's quiet and it felt safe. We even got to ride our bicycles around, our kids would play in the front yard in the afternoons. We really had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house & host.

The house was clean and warm. Our family felt comfortable, the location of the house is near restaurants and supermarkets, however the closest beach is 38 minutes away which is St Andrew state park. Would consider staying again in the near future.

I stayed here for a week while I worked in town. It is a dream! Very quiet and peaceful location. The beds are a dream! 💭 The kitchen is beautifully updated and has all the things you might need. The A/C works great (I am hot-natured) and the lock and unlock app for the door is very convenient. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities when staying in town for a full week. Would 100% recommend and I would stay again if the need arises. Thanks again!

The house is spotless, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. We were surprised when we got inside. It’s way more comfortable than we expected. We are enjoying our trip very much.

Vyvy’s place was great! We really enjoyed the stay and were able to get to both St. Andrews and the beach easily from her place. It was spotless and well equipped, and very comfortable. She was a great host and super responsive to questions about the neighborhood and recommendations. We can’t wait to say here again!

I have stayed in this property a few times. Every time is better than the last. I really appreciate the extras that come with the property, like everything you need for a day at the beach, the ability to cook a home cooked meal if you are tired of eating out, the ability to do laundry, the outside seating areas, to name a few. The property is always immaculate upon check-in. The host is always responsive if I ever need anything. It makes for amazing trip when staying in this property.

It’s a cute little space, perfectly fine for our young family of five visiting for two nights. We brought a pack and play for the baby and had enough room for everyone. The pull out couch bed isn’t great, but it also wasn’t the worst! Walking to the beach was a breeze & as a result there is no sand in our car! That’s definitely a win! The property could use better beach-goer amenities, like an outdoor shower and a place to hang wet things for drying. Overall, though, fantastic stay. Great price for the proximity to the beach, which is all we were interested in for such a short stay.

Lily’s place was wonderful and absolutely perfect for our group of 7! When I think of a classic beach house this house is exactly what I picture! In a beautiful, historic neighborhood surrounded by Lakes and plenty to do! One of our favorite parts was the outdoor shower! Once we figured out how great it was all 7 of us took turns using it. Made me want one at home! If you’re in the Panama City Beach area, I highly recommend Lily’s place. We had everything we needed and were more than comfortable. We will be back!!

the place was good, only suggestion the beds were not comfortable at all, they made a lot of noise and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. in the leaving room the first night was uncomfortable because they don't have curtains and been that it was my kids and I it was scaring, but we covered them with the towels, the yard was not clean and was not able to take my pets out. But we made it to be a home feeling after the third day. this are not negative points, just a suggestion to be better. your place is very lovely but it needs a little of tlc on this suggestions. What a wonderfully quaint place. Super clean with personal touches that made the stay so nice. We live in a beachy location and it was so nice that they had everything that we would normally have at home. From the moment we arrived we felt right at place. We look forward to returning to Mexico Beach so that we can stay at this Airbnb again.
