This house is located in Den Ilp, 15 km from the heart of Amsterdam. Easily accessible with public transportation. Close to the nature reserve Het Twiske and Ilperveld. In this area, you can enjoy hiking, biking, swimming and boating. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor. All rooms have air conditioning. The living room has a TV and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins the conservatory with fireplace. Separate room with washing machine and dryer. Enclosed backyard.

In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

The bus or bike will take you to Diemen station in 4 minutes. Walking 15 minutes. From Diemen Station, a train departs 4 times an hour > 11 minutes to Amsterdam Central.

The Practice

A lovely luxury accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam city center. It is a five-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is completely private with a terrace all around and a beautiful garden with three places to sit. Fenced all around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for small children.
