Very cozy cottage in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and fantastic nature. It also has a bowling alley and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Cabin near the Jettegrytene, beachfront, family friendly. Possibility for kayaking and fishing (2 kayaks, 2 canoes and 1 rowboat on site). 30 min from Gautefall ski resort. Large garden with playground equipment. 3 bedrooms, 6 beds (plus own baby bed) Note: part of a semi-detached house, simple standard, but new kitchen and bathroom, beautiful peaceful place. The other unit is also rented out, and guests in the other unit can be expected. If necessary, the second part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Here you live in quiet surroundings with a short distance to both the archipelago, the city, swimming areas and nature. Our accommodation is located in the middle of the charming village down on the quay, where you can enjoy the view of the water, stroll along the piers or take the boat straight over to Arendal in 3 minutes.

Family cabin with stunning views of the lake

- Would you like to relax with family or friends in this child-friendly cabin with a great view of the large lake Nisser? The cabin is a traditional Norwegian cabin with high standard. It is located near the beach and the large windows in the living room open up to a fantastic view and spectacular nature. A path leads down to a small beach about 70 meters from the cabin. There you can swim, paddle, or just sunbathe. The cabin invites you to a large terrace, which is furnished with sofa, sun loungers, dining table and private pavilion.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

It is located 200m from our cattle farm close to the road nr 41, nearby Åmli, Arendal 1h, Kristiansand 1,5h, Oslo 3,5h. Canoeing, fishing, several hiking trips and mountain biking are examples of summeractivities. In wintertime: cross country skiing, ice skating and down hill skiing (40min) or just nothing and relaxing in the sauna

Felles lekeplass rett utenfor leiligheten. 15 minutters kjøretur til Dyreparken og Sørlandssenteret. 10 minutter til Grimstad. 30 minutter til Kristiansand sentrum. Gåavstand til Lillesand sentrum ca 10 min. 1 soverom med ei seng 150 cm og ei seng 75 cm. Ekstra seng 75 cm i stue.

Nice family cabin at Bjønntjønn, by car 5 minutes away from Gautefall ski center and 10 minutes to Treungen center. Hiking areas, bathing water and blue marked 100m from the cabin. Suitable for family or couple of friends. This is our "other" home so we want tenants to treat it as their own. Pets are not allowed due to allergies in one of our children. The tenant must clean up after themselves. Electricity is extra. Bring your own bed linen/sheets and towels.

Homborsund by the sea, close to the Zoo

Small apartment above double garage rented in idyllic Homborsund Near the lake and about 25 minutes to the Zoo. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hobs.) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. In addition, two sleeping berths. Pitch with barbecue and large outdoor area. Basically accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children.
