We had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as described. It was a perfectly quiet spot with just a little pleasant noise from the nearby stream. The views were stunning.

We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful family home! The location is great, and all the amenities are just as described and fully functional. Giorgio and his partners were incredibly responsive, making our trip even better. Overall, our experience was exceptional, thanks to their outstanding customer service and the lovely home. Herşey fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Tuncer bey ilgili bir ev sahibiydi. Evle ilgili hiç bir sorun eksik yoktu. Ayrıca Tuncer beyin annesi bahçeden kendi yetiştirdiği mahsüllerden verdi teşekkür ederiz 😊

Burçin hanım sorularımıza çok hızlı dönüş yaptı ve yeri bulmakta bir sorun yaşamadık. Ev oldukça temizdi. Bütün akşamı bahçede ateş başında geçirdik, mangal da yaktık. Odun olmadığı için 100 metre yukarıdaki ormandan odun toplayıp getirdik. Kendilerinden balta rica ettik onu da hızlıca temin ettiler. Ek olarak bir talepte bulunmamız gerekmedi evde ihtiyaç duyulan her şey vardı. Haftasonu kafa dinlemek için harika bir yer. Torbalıya yakın, Şirinceye yaklaşık 30dk mesafede konum olarak bizi memnun etti. Torbalı civarında kalmak için listenizde olması gereken bir yer.

Mayıs ayında 6 kişi konakladık ve harika 3 gün geçirdik. Geniş bir bahçesi olan, banyolarından mutfağına kadar özenle dizayn edilmiş çok güzel bir evdi. Ev sahibi Müge Hanım tüm sorularımıza çok çabuk yanıt verdi, tüm ihtiyaçlarımızla yakından ilgilendi. Bu bölgede bir konaklama arıyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit; ich möchte mich auch nochmals bedanken. Den wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es ist schwer etwas negatives zu finden; den die Wohnung ist in einem Wort ein „wow 😍“ . Sie ist direkt an Galata Tower gelegen und daher sehr leicht überall Zufluss zu erreichen; und ebenso war es sehr sauber und alles nötige war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Und dann diese Aussicht aus der Terasse 😍 Besser hätten wir es nicht finden können. Danke Tarkan&Julia

The apartment was suitable for gathering of families instead of being separated in hotel rooms. It's located at the top of a 4-storey building. A short flight of stairs led to the elevator. Free parking at the compound. Everyone had their own beds, saloon/living room was big and nice for family gatherings and meals. We had a lovely barbeque at the balcony which oversees greenery. Groceries were easily available from local supermarkets. Mr Ahmet welcomed us upon arrival and also at departure. He was quick in response. Overall a comfortable stay in an unassuming apartment.

We were very satisfied with this place. Great location, clean and cozy. Market is right across the street, where we could buy fresh vegetables and fruit. Ugur is a very nice and helpful host. He allowed us to check in earlier. Suggested us places to eat. At the end of our stay he provided us with a transfer to airport. Highly recommend this place to stay in Marmaris!

Staying at Multu's house was an absolute pleasure. It’s the perfect place to recharge, offering a peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The location is incredibly serene, with breathtaking views of Babadag. Hope I will back once again!

Wonderful cozy apartment in a very nice area of ​​Istanbul. Everything in the house is done with soul and for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, good towels, cleanliness in the house. Lots of space and light, beautiful interior. On the first floor of the building there is a very good restaurant where you can enjoy Turkish breakfast. Perhaps, because of the restaurant in the house it is a little noisy in the morning, but this is not critical, after 23.00 it is already quiet. The apartments are located near the center, you can walk to the Sultanahmet area (45 minutes), if you prefer to get to the center by transport - there is very convenient transport accessibility, 2 minutes from the house of your choice - a bus stop, a high-speed tram stop and a ferry pier. There are many cozy cafes and restaurants in Balat, narrow streets, cobblestone pavement. The apartment is located near the embankment, you can walk to the Galata Bridge. We will be happy to come back!

Onur’s place has a beautiful view to wake up to! As described, it is a little away from the main part of town (but a quick and easy 5min drive). The home could use some rugs for the tiled floors or blankets as it is quite a chilly and spacious home (probably a great reprieve in the middle of summer though! We stayed in April). The pictures on Airbnb may be a little older than reality (eg. plants not there, reclining chairs are by the pool not on your balcony, and a few other bits, maybe not as updated as it could be). But overall a wonderful stay, and would be a great place to see if you could rent the whole villa with some friends or family! Thank you Onur

Villa gördüğümüzden daha da güzeldi. Konumu mükemmel, bir çok koya ve aktif gece hayatına çok hızlı ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca havası tek kelime ile mükemmel. Geceleri klima açmadan yatabiliyorsunuz. Nem yok ve serin. Ev sahibi çok ilgili, ne zaman arasak telefonlarımıza cevap verdi ve ihtiyaçlarımızı hemen karşıladı. Özellikle teşekkür ediyoruz. Bir daha gelirsem kesinlikle yine aynı evi tercih ederim.

Ev sahibimiz Süleyman bey ile ilk günden itibaren sürekli iletişim kurabildik, kendisi her sorumuza hızlı yanıt verdi. Evin yolundan dolayı araba mutlaka gerekli, Kaş merkeze 10 dakika, arabayla 5 dk mesafede fırın, manav, market, restaurant mevcut. Ev resimlerden bile daha güzeldi, çok rahat ettik, o kadar sevdik ki tatilimizi 2 gün daha uzattık ve harika bir 10 gün geçirdik. En önemlisi kendi evimizde gibi hissettik ve rahattık. Kedimizle gittiğimiz için bahçe bizim için mükemmel bir deneyim sağladı, ayrıca yandaki evlerle hiçbir şekilde temas kurmamak, görünmemesi çok güzel düşünülmüş bir detay.eşyalar yepyeni, evin içerisinde ihtiyacınız olan her şey bulunuyor.internet tv, telefonlar için yeterli ancak bilgisayardan toplantı vs yaparken biraz yetersiz kalabiliyor,bizim için sorun olmadı. Bir dahaki sefere daha uzun kalmak istediğimiz bir yer oldu, her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Excellent stay. Very comfortable for family of 9, with ages ranging from 2-50. Loved that each bedroom had an en-suite and the amenities were incredible. The sauna, Hammam, and 2 pools kept the family busy and enjoying downtime. Cevdet himself was an excellent host, kind, proactive, great communication, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Bekir Bey ilgili, iyi bir ev sahibiydi, eksik bir şey olduğunda hemen bize yardımcı oldu. Dolmuş saatleri, nereye nasıl gidilir gibi konularda da bize yol gösterdi. Ev ve havuz temizdi, eşyalar yeterliydi. Yalnızca bahçe fotoğraftakilerden biraz daha bakımsız görünüyordu fakat yine de kullanımı rahat, güzel bir yerdi. Bekir Bey'in evini tavsiye ediyoruz, kendisine de çok teşekkür ederiz. :)

Haftasonu insandan uzak bir tatil planınız varsa bu ev tam size göre. Ev sahibi çok cana yakın ve çözüme odaklı biri. Biz çok zevk aldık. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. İleride tekrar imkanımız olursa gelmeyi düşünüyoruz

Ormanın ortasında her detayı düşünülmüş şahane bir ev. Portakal ağaçları,kediler,cıvıl cıvıl kuş sesleri,şık ve konforlu dekorasyon,sonsuzluk havuzu,ses sistemi,kitaplık.. Bir insanı huzurlu hissettirecek her detay düşünülmüş.Bütün odalarda banyo&wc olması çok avantajlı.6 kişi rahatlıkla kalınacak bir ev.Şansımız olur yer bulabilirsek Akyaka’ya her geldiğimizde şüphesiz burda kalmak isteyeceğiz. Irmak bey’e kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Bu güzel evi paylaşma fırsatı verdiği için kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Ev tertemiz ve bütün olanaklar mevcuttu. Kahvaltı, yemek ve Kayaköy’ün tarihi yerlerine yakın olması bizi oldukça memnun etti. Genel olarak keyifli bir tatil geçirdik.

Merkezden uzakta, doğada kafa dinlemek isteyen aileler için çok güzel bir seçim. Ev sahibi yardımsever. Evin birkaç eksiğini kendilerini geliştirmeleri adına yazacağım. Kesinlikle daha büyük ve gelişmiş bir smart TV lazım eve. Hem PC’de çalışırım hem tatil yaparım diyenler için internet büyük sıkıntı. Wi-fi çekmiyordu. Ev interneti ile ilgili bir aksiyon almaları gerekiyor. Havuz sıcaklığı max ayarda bile ılık idi, biraz daha sıcak olabilse iyi olur. Bunların dışında her şey çok güzeldi, tavsiye ederim.
