Our trip to Erciyes, which lasted 3 days, was extremely enjoyable and comfortable thanks to the thoughtful houses of Mr. Mehmet and his wife. First of all, the welcome was very friendly and delightful, every detail that made the guests at home was thought out. There was even wood prepared especially for the cousin.. The potatoes, mushrooms and of course the kayseri sausage added a high level of pleasure to our holiday.. Our barbecue pleasure in the garden gave us a very nice time in the snowy garden of the house. We had an extremely warm stay thanks to the heating system of the house. The house is very comfortable and there is everything you can think of at home.. We would like to thank Mehmet and his wife very much for this beautiful experience. We would recommend peace of mind to everyone.

A beautiful place with many villas in the form of a compound. Every kitchen item ( forks, spoons, plates, glasses, pots, pans, coffee maker, tea maker, etc.) is available in the kitchen and you never need to eat from outside. You can comfortably prepare it at home. The beds, sheets, pillowcases were very clean. There was a washing machine and drying machine in the house. Although we went in April, it was cold and we had to turn on the heater in the evening, and we asked for help in this regard. The site has a shared pool, but it was not in use yet, maybe it opens after May. Each house has its own small garden area, a barbecue or a fire can be lit. You can easily stay for 6 people in the villa, there are 3 toilets and bathrooms. In terms of location, staying right in the middle of Erciyes Mountain and the bazaar center, do your grocery shopping when you return in the evening because there was no grocery store or grocery store nearby. I can say that it is the best price performance place to stay in Kayseri.

We stayed as a group of 6. The rooms were quite sufficient, everyone stayed comfortably. Especially the fact that the pool is heated provided great comfort in this season, we enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommend for a peaceful vacation in Sapanca!

We had a great weekend with a group of 11 friends. I see it as a place to come and stay later. The host was caring and caring, creating a friendly environment with a guler face. House cleaning is quite sufficient. Without a pool, it would increase the fun.

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

Cüneyt’s home is likely one of the best kept secrets of Turkïye! The home is spacious and well equipped and the pool and private access to the sea are incredible. For a big group of people, everyone is able to have their own space but there are also spaces big enough to gather. The home is only a short drive to town where there are lovely restaurants and more public beaches. Would highly recommend and would love to return!

A really lovely small family owned pension close to the water (in this village everything is close to the water). Parking is possible on the square in front of the pension (12 tl a day) and you’re close to the best restaurant in town owned by Hassan and his family. The owner of the pension offered me a short trip to the sunken city on his own boat, it seemed expensive for 400 tl but it was 200 tl less then the other boats and really was worth it!

Everything was really great. We were three families of three, and we had a wonderful time. Ms. Ayla was very kind and hospitable, and she was truly responsive at any time of day or night if any issues arose, which is fantastic. The villa's location was excellent, close to Baghdad Street, which is also great.

Cengiz is a wonderful and down-to-earth host. He personally welcomed us, explained everything in the house, and made sure we were comfortable. He kindly picked us up from Fethiye bus station and even offered a ride to the airport. The house was impeccably clean, spacious enough for three people, and featured a swimming pool and a play area for kids, making our stay truly enjoyable.
