First of all, the place itself where the house is located is just a diamond! Incredible views, birds are singing, climbers paradise - wherever you go or look - a new spot for climbing or just walking. Local people around are so friendly plus international climbing community is all around you. The house is so comfortable and clean! Absolutely unbelievable how comfortable and sustainable house can be at such rural and cinematic location - full kitchen with all the accessories, shower with hot water, beautiful terrace with the view you can’t forget, one double bed and unfoldable sofa which transforms into another very comfortable double bed. I slept like a baby in this house and spend one of the best days of my life there!

Great stay! Only a few minutes walk from the beach and a local shop. There are small bungalows in a beautiful garden:) it’s very quiet there.

During our stay, Mr. Özgür and his brother were very friendly. We checked in quite late because we came from far away, but when we arrived, they welcomed us with a smile. Everything was as in the photo, even more beautiful. Mr. Özgür has thought of everything to make the stay easier. There was a huge bed and it was very comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Especially the garden was our favorite. There was a garden area larger than the house and it belonged to us completely. You should stay in this place in the heart of Kayaköy. We thank Mr. Özgür and his team for everything. It was a place I came across by chance, but I intend to stay again as soon as possible. 🙏🏻

I found a holiday opportunity that I really needed. The house was clean and convenient in terms of all facilities. If you are looking for a calm and peaceful holiday, you should definitely stay here. Mr. Fatih and his wife Mrs. Berrin were very friendly and smiling. There are all kinds of items that may be needed at home, I had bought a few kitchen supplies with me, there was no need. I went by car and my folding bike, it was very enjoyable to ride a bike in the early morning. Going by car is very comfortable because you park your car and go directly to the sea, carrying things is not a burden, there is no parking problem. Cannot recommend this place enough! My husband and l loved staying here! Hikmet was extremely hospitable to us and made us feel very welcome in the beautiful Turkish countryside. Her neighbors invited us to eat authentic Turkish food the first night, which was so good! The cottage was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and the views were so beautiful. I wasn't feeling well for a couple of the days that we were there and Hikmet took such good care of us. She brought me some herbal tea and soup which was so good. You won't find a better place with a more wonderful host if you’re looking for a cozy, comfortable and authentic getaway in Turkey!

Özgür and his family were incredibly accommodating, helpful and welcoming, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. The house itself is cozy, and relatively comfortable equipped with everything we needed. It was a peaceful getaway for us and our dog.

We loved it enough to come for 2 days and complete it for 4 days. The food was delicious. The rooms were clean. We would like to thank Mr. Ahmet and his staff for the 4 days we had a pleasant time.

Everything is thoughtfully decorated, there is a lot that may be needed, the host is warm and friendly, anyone who wants to leave in peace should experience this house and this view.

Honestly, the cottage is very beautiful and Elias and his wife Fatima are kind and explained to us all the details of the cottage and they kept a spring of water near the cottage, its taste is fresh and delicious. I recommend the cottage because it is very private and has everything you need.

If you like a private stay in nature with very welcoming hosts and pets than this is for you! As a couple it was perfect, and we would highly recommend it! The cabin and outdoor lounge area is very cosy and we did not want to leave!

It's a little high up, but it has a nice view. It's an ideal accommodation for 4 people. The profile of the slingshot is very distorted, it should not come out of the house :) Also, highway noise is heard all over the village, in modern countries, sound-breaking walls are placed on the highway crossings of this type of towns. Of course, there is no such thing here.

During our holiday, Mr. Emrah was very interested in everything. Whenever we needed something, he was in contact with us and he was with us. Since we came without a car, he helped us with grocery shopping and all our other needs. He even did a little tour of the village with us. The place we stayed was very clean. We had a lot of fun with our friends and had a great time. We thank them for this quality holiday.

The elegance of the decoration, the cleanliness and the smell of the room that we encounter when we enter the house, everything that may be needed in a brand new way, in the cupboards... and that garden... We wanted to spend the whole evening in our garden without going anywhere. We woke up in the morning to the sounds of birds and roosters, to a lush, fragrant garden. One of the kindest and most pleasant people I’ve met in Turkey was the owner of this house. The home truly felt like a real home, and the beauty of the surroundings was absolutely breathtaking — we could hardly believe it was real. The house is located in a pristine, peaceful area, far from the noise of the city, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

A hidden gem😍, amazing place and clean, and an even more amazing host but place is hard to get to specially in night or during fog.

we had a nice holiday in a clean weather without being overwhelmed on hot days. The pool landscaping was very stylish and beautiful. I just didn't like the bed being two separate beds, it would be much better if there was a double bed. My eyes looked for a full-length mirror as a lady in the house. I had the opportunity to reach the host via whatsap at any time, the hair dryer was broken and immediately given a new one. Overall, it was a holiday that I liked. See you again🥰

The host is friendly and helpful. The place is wonderful. It is quiet. It is half an hour walk from the city. It's worth a visit, even if you go back to the bazaar.
