Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

It features a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the splendid panoramic view of Castle Taufers and the surrounding green spaces. The apartment comes with a free parking permit for 1 car; additionally, you will receive the "Alto Adige Guest Pass" as a gift, which allows you to use public transport (buses, regional trains, and some cable cars) for free.

The "Archehof Hochzirm" with the "Lodge Anna" is located outside of Campo Ture (Sand in Taufers) on 1,003 m above sea level. The hiking and skiing paradise Speikboden is just a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. The beautiful alpine-style apartment features a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. It is built into the slope: the entrance is on the ground floor and the apartment extends from -1 to 1 (3 floors).

The charming apartment Kornblume is part of the Mesnerhof, a farmyard dating back to the 16th century with dairy farming, located in a quiet and picturesque mountain area with a stunning panorama, in the Tauferer valley basin. The holiday home with wooden floor and furniture consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom (with a double and single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat eine Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch, ein Bad sowie einen Balkon Richtung Süden. Das Ortszentrum von Sand in Taufers ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die Reinbacher Wasserfälle sind etwa 20 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso die Burg Taufers. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich gleich neben unserer Unterkunft. Wir stellen den GuestPass zur kostenlosen Benutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zur Verfügung. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house.
