This is an Ohio River front private cottage on 7 acres . This cottage has a bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower, large screened deck and a separate outer deck. There is also a grill on deck. This is a great place to escape from stress and just relax! This cottage has WiFi and a 55 inch flat screen satellite TV. Enjoy the river views and watch the wild life . Country Getaway

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.
