This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Many updates have occurred since original listing, paired w lots of little changes, as a result of positive feedback. Please bare with me as it's a continual art in progress. Various condiments, coffee, cream, etc to be shared. Thanks for looking.

We offer a smart TV with wifi for entertainment. The cabin is heated and cooled with mini split units, one down stairs and one in each bedroom. Each bedroom also has access to private porch decks.
