Very clean 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom non-smoking home in a beautiful country setting on an acre of land. Just a 12 minute drive to Uptown Athens & Ohio University. House comfortably sleeps 3-4 people (3 queen beds). Enjoy a self serve breakfast, covered patio and easy access to Hwy 33. There are two wineries very close as well. Enjoy the beautiful country views and rolling hills of SE Ohio. Parking, wifi, hot tub and laundry on site. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a visit to Athens!

This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Many updates have occurred since original listing, paired w lots of little changes, as a result of positive feedback. Please bare with me as it's a continual art in progress. For the sanctity of this unique space, No Smoking, No Meat, No Fish, No Eggs, No Alcohol, No Party in the house. We are sorry we cannot allow pets inside. Shoes need to be left in the foyer. While you may just enjoy the hiking and scenery the property provides, you are 2 min from Athens and the Ohio University Campus. Spacious free parking for campers, boats, and outdoor gear. Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.
