It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment with two separate bedrooms. Perfect location in the heart of Tsaghkadzor. The house has a bank, groceries, pharmacy. The most delicious restaurants are within 5 minutes of walking. Taxi to the lift costs 300-500 drams (40-60 rubles). Separately, it is worth noting the hospitality of the hostess!

Great apartment. Very spacious. Close to all the shops and restaurants and walking distance from the lake. Very well stocked with everything you can want and more in the kitchen. Internet is fast and reliable. Karen is a great host who communicates well and adds a personal touch. The armenian sweets and fresh fruit on arrival was super.

Decent apartment, everything is perfect, thought out to the smallest detail for the convenience of guests. Clean, comfortable. Lovely hostess, always "available". The apartment fully corresponds with the description. I sincerely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit the beautiful place of Armenia.

Great place to stay with friends

It’s a great place where you can find an escape from the city in the great outdoors. Beautiful apartment with great mountain view, everything is new and shiny. Internet is perfect for work, lots of parking lots are available. Highly recommend this place!

Nice comfortable apartment, very kind and responsive hosts. We have left some of our things in the apartment when checking out, and noticed that only when we have left Tsaghkodzor. Hosts responded very quickly, and brought our belongings to Yerevan by themselves <3

The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. I made a mistake with my reservation, and she went out of her way to assist me. The place was impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable.

I truly have no complaints—everything about this place was amazing! The apartment was so cozy, and the view from every balcony was absolutely mesmerizing. The only small challenge I faced was carrying my luggage to the 4th floor, as I was traveling alone and my bags were heavy. But other than that, everything was perfect! The location was super convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. I would 100% book this place again if I ever revisit Armenia. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
