I stayed at this place for four days while looking for a permanent apartment in Yerevan. I chose to book Vahan’s place because it seemed so cozy, comfortable, and welcoming in AirBnb! Vahan was always available to chat if I had any questions. Moreover, this place is a hub for creative people - you don’t find places like this everywhere! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I had a great experience here. The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures, everything works, and it’s clean. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to several grocery stores and greengrocers. Very close to the center but away from the chaos.

Liana's apartment was the perfect space in the perfect place. I would have liked to stay a few more days, but the apartment was already booked for those days. It has everything you need. The atmosphere inside is pleasant, I felt completely at home. In addition, the contact with Liana - as far as necessary - was very pleasant. It was also nice that I was allowed to check out a little later, so I could comfortably bridge the time to the next address. I would like to come back here on my next visit to Yerevan.

It was the first time, we visited Yerevan and it was such a luck we stayed at David home It was really cosy, nice and clean I loved the balcony, I think the balcony and view made this home more pleasant for us. and about David, he was really nice and helpful, he guided us with city he made our journey more fun and efficient Thank you David, we hope to come back soon✌🏻

Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable

Great location everything is near by . 3 min walk to central square. Many cafes and restaurants is near by . Apartment is in new building , very clean and same that you see on photos. We arrived very late and it is very comfortable self check in . Highly recommended this apartments.

Nice place in the center of the city.

Wonderful apartment, close to the center and yet in a quite quiet neighborhood. Within a walking distance from the main sights, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. Margarita is very hospitable, went to meet with a very early check-in, and also to extend her stay for another day. The apartment is very nice, large, you can see that everything is done and furnished as for yourself, with a soul. Thank you very much, the trip to Yerevan became even better thanks to a stop in such a cozy place!
