Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Yeritasardakan metro station. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.

Forget your worries in this spacious, secluded accommodation. It's very easy to get to the house. The courtyard is quiet and very pleasant in summer. The supermarket is 500 metres away, the main road to Lake Sevan is 500 metres away, and the centre can be reached by taxi in 7-10 minutes for $2.5-4. If guests wish, guided or unguided tours can be arranged, and a cook can be called to prepare barbecue on the grill (this is very tasty and convenient).
