Forget about your worries in this spacious, secluded accommodation. It's very easy to get to the house. In the courtyard, in summer, it's quiet and very pleasant to spend time. The supermarket is 500 meters away, the main road to Lake Sevan is 500 meters away, and the center can be reached by taxi in 7-10 minutes for $2.5-4. If guests wish, guided or unguided tours can be arranged, and a cook can be called to prepare barbecue on the grill (this is very tasty and convenient).

Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens.
