The house is in the center of the city but fenced off from the city noise, with an amazing landscape with rose gazebos. In the garden there are apple trees, cherries, birches and chestnuts. Not far from the Kecharis church built in the 13th century. Sevan Lake is 15 minutes away by car. The ski cable car is 3 minutes away by car. There is a piano in the house and you can practice if necessary. For children there is a trampoline and a bicycle. In the evenings, we organize movie screenings on a big screen in nature
