It’s a great place where you can find an escape from the city in the great outdoors. Beautiful apartment with great mountain view, everything is new and shiny. Internet is perfect for work, lots of parking lots are available. Highly recommend this place!

Nice comfortable apartment, very kind and responsive hosts. We have left some of our things in the apartment when checking out, and noticed that only when we have left Tsaghkodzor. Hosts responded very quickly, and brought our belongings to Yerevan by themselves <3

Absolutely worth the visit ! We went to the skiing resort and it’s only 10mins away by car/taxi. Easy walk down the main street to local restaurants and grocery stores. The Airbnb itself is in a quiet neighbourhood, so it’s perfect for relaxing. Темур was super helpful and reactive when we had questions. :)

Very nice apartment, cool design, everything clean, we had all the things that were are necessary. There was even some very good coffee and spices left. It was a bit cold sometimes (especially in the bathroom) but the heaters work quite well. The owner is always in touch and can answer any question. Thank you for the hospitality!

Comfy apartment in the center of Tsaghkadzor No1

This was our first time in Armenia and we were thinking we would have a tough time due to language barrier etc. But the host and Susana was very helpful in our stay . The house was very clean and all basic amenities were available . There went extra mile to provide fruits for us free of charge . Susana also helped us getting Sim card and getting well known the neighbouring areas like markets , banks [ for currency exchange etc ] . She was always available when we had any doubts . The place was very peaceful and the people were kind here in general also bus , taxi stand and market were available in walking distances. There were various places for sightseeing purposes too . This stay has set high bar for future stays . In the end we had a great time overall and would hope to come back here again .

Very cozy and comfortable apartment with two separate bedrooms. Perfect location in the heart of Tsaghkadzor. The house has a bank, groceries, pharmacy. The most delicious restaurants are within 5 minutes of walking. Taxi to the lift costs 300-500 drams (40-60 rubles). Separately, it is worth noting the hospitality of the hostess!

Excellent location! Near tons of cafes and restaurants with loads to do! Do not follow google maps (it brings you to an empty lot) and instead check carefully the detailed guidance listed on Mane’s page on how to reach the place (my bad i didn’t check that part before). Mane is a great host always available to support. Recommended stay!

Great place to stay in Yerevan. Lovely balcony, excellent host (good communication in English), working air conditioner. 10 minute safe walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Modern Lux 3BR w/Pool...Near Cascade

My family and I (a group of six) had a great stay at Ara’s place. Ara is a responsive and great host. The flat is modern and spacious, and very close to the city attractions. The only thing that we missed was the pool and barbecue place. We weren't allowed to use the swimming pool and barbecue place in the backyards even though the description says it's available from January to October. In general, I would strongly recommend Ara and his amazing place for staying. 😊
