Hà is possible the kindest and most helpful host! The apartment is very cosy but what made it so special was really her. My flight got delayed for more than half a day and couldn't get a response from the airline. Hà stayed up and went out of her way to contact her friends who work at the airline and was able to book me onto a flight that was on schedule. She didn't have to do that at all and it was such a marvelous surprise. It was really like having a friend in a foreign country. Would highly recommend staying here, I can't imagine any other accommodations taking that level of care for their guests 💖

This apartment is very conveniently located. It is about 7-8 minutes walk from Hanoi Opera House. Hanoi Opera House is the center of most tourist attractions and many directions. The apartment is a spacious studio with good design. The facilities are well equipped and secure. There is a washer and dryer in the building. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. Vincom Shopping Center (Bartreet branch) is also 30 minutes walk away. I think it is a better location than the commercialized Old Quarter. You can see and enjoy Hanoi city life from here. Most of all, the host Tracy is very friendly and responsive. Thank you again. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Hanoi again.

During my 4 weeks stay in Hanoi, it was a very comfortable accommodation. It is also nice to have a large lake park close by. It was very nice to be able to walk around the traditional markets and have a medium-sized mart. The family members of the accommodation can communicate in English and are all kind. If I visit Hanoi again, I will make a reservation for this accommodation.
