The dining area is for 6 persons and can be quickly extended to 8 available seats. Bedroom no. 1 has a single bed with 90*200 cm, bedrooms 2 + 3 each have a double bed with 160*200 cm. All beds are equipped with the "Bett1" mattress for superior sleeping quality. Bedrooms 2+3 each have a TV (bedroom 1 not). All sleeping rooms have darkening blinds at their windows. Bedroom 3 (the largest one) has a small sofa bed which may be converted easily (suitable for children). All sleeping rooms are lockable with room keys. WLAN/WiFi is available for free. Smoking and E-cigarettes are permitted only at the conservatory terrace with the sliding door open. At the basement there's the shared washing room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The paintings and photographs are partially available for purchase, prices on request.

On the ground floor there is the living room with fireplace and piano, an open kitchen with dining area, as well as the guest toilet and a small fenced garden with barbecue and sandbox. Guest room with bathroom is on the lower level. Three children's rooms and bathroom on the 1st floor, and the master bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor. Free parking in front of the house. 2 min to bakery, supermarket and park with playground. 2 min to the highway, and 25 min to the city center.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining area with open kitchen, guest toilet and direct access to the terrace and garden. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (1x double bed width 1.80 m, 1x single bed, 1x single bed) and a bathroom with bath and shower. In the attic there is a studio with a workplace. Shops, restaurants and cafes are just around the corner. Buses/trains right outside the front door.

The house with 6 rooms on 150m² was renovated in 2019 and completely furnished by an Italian interior designer. The house has a private and super cozy garden with a whirlpool. It's perfectly located in Munich (Laim). The next Subway Station (U5 Laimer Platz) is 100m away from the house : -8 min to the Main Station -10 min to the City-Center -30 min to Messe München/Munich (ICM) -5 min to the Oktoberfest (12 min by bike) A lot of restaurants, shopping areas, supermarkets in walking distance.

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or barbecue on your own terrace if the weather permits. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is obligatory and for the analog ones of you, a library is at your disposal.

For a family or 2 couples: a cute, colourful, complete cottage with garden, right next to the subway with 2 bedrooms (one of which has a sofa bed) for 4 guests (you could also add a toddler if you have a travel cot). There is also a cosy attic room as a living room (which can also be converted into a 3rd bedroom), a work loft, and a large cooking and dining area of 26 m² and a covered terrace with dining area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
