had a wonderful stay at this apartment — it truly felt like a home away from home. The interior design was cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully put together, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Every amenity I could possibly need was provided, from kitchen essentials to little touches that made the space feel lived-in and comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of care went into making this place not just functional, but also inviting. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped retreat, close to tram and a walkable distance from the center

We immediately felt at home. The home is very cosy and clean, all amenities are in walking distance. Also, good location to do some excursions to Munich or the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and the very friendly hosts !

On the the edge of Munich so a very quiet place, yet near to everything you want to do. Very comfortable and clean. Mischa is very responsive. Beautiful home with lots of space. Modern design was a bonus.

Perfect for what I needed. Near the underground and could be in the heart of the city quickly. Apartment had everything I needed. Rosa was always responsive and helpful. Oh, and a really comfy bed!

Andrea is a responsive person to our questions before arriving at the accommodation: use of transport in Munich, directions to the accommodation and nearby shops, large arrival time (appreciable when you come from far away!). The accommodation was clean, bright, very well equipped. Andrea is a friendly and helpful person. Thank you for this very pleasant stay, we will come back with great pleasure.

I was staying with my parents for a week in Silke's apartment. The apartment is large and located in a very quiet area – perfect for relaxing. It is very easy to reach from the Munich centre by S-Bahn and there is everything you need nearby: supermarket, pharmacy and drugstore. Communication with Silke was always very fast and friendly 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I highly recommend this place! I really liked it here – it is perfect for a couple and very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and nothing is missing. The hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. She is always available if you have any questions or need support. Everything is very well explained, and the arrival was hassle-free. The location is also ideal: The bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away, and a supermarket is just one street away. Everything is very easy to reach. I would stay here again anytime and highly recommend this place!

We immediately felt comfortable here. The apartment is lovingly furnished with details, well maintained and clean. The highlight is the terrace and the location is great with the proximity to the lake! Frank and Domenik were very friendly and helpful and the communication was relaxed. I'm sure we'll be back!

They gave us great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit, which really made our trip special. When we had an issue with our car, the host went out of their way to help us – we’re truly grateful for that support! The communication was smooth and warm from start to finish, and we especially appreciated the kind message after our departure. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay...one of the most beautiful we've booked on Airbnb so far. Everything was great and everything you need was available. Internet connection could be a little better, but that wasn't so important to us. A great place to unplug. The bathroom is a dream. We can only recommend the property. Thank you. 😊

We had wonderful time in Edurne's apartment! It's a cute place with lots of room and very comfortable beds. We loved sitting outside on the balcony in the back watching the neighborhood (there's a second balcony off the kitchen). Edurne also provided everything we needed and was very easy to communicate with. It's a great neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants on a wonderful tree lined street. We would gladly stay again.

Marc was great, very responsive & helpful, even when my travel plans into Munich were disrupted at the last minute. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and private, even with two other guests staying in the adjacent room. Unfortunate that it was snowing both nights, I wasn't able to use the jacuzzi on the rooftop, but hopefully next time!

Wolfger is a great host. A man of culture and generosity. He loves to share his life experiences and create new ones with his guests. The apartment is within 7 minutes walk of Neuperlach Zentrum Ubahn, from where you can be in Central Munich within 15 minutes. The shopping centre at Neuperlach Zentrum has every shop you could expect, and there are plenty of places to eat if Wolfger can't tempt you with a homemade dish.

Comfortable easy access to tube station

Easy and fast check in. The premises were kept clean and modern. You felt right at home. You can reach almost all activities by car within 20-30 minutes. Our highlight was the hot tub in the evening :). In the evening & at night it is quiet although the accommodation is on the street. The four of us had a nice, fun and eventful week in Erding. I recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Chris & Laura

The stay was really great. Everything we needed was there. The location is very nice and you feel right there. There is a special plus for the hot tub, which can be heated with wood. That was a great treat. The location to Lake Ammersee is very good, you should definitely be traveling by car.

Really nice apartment to stay in Munich! The rooftop terrace was the star of the place! And Marc is such a friendly and caring host. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Very quiet and lovely flat, fully equipped kitchen and close to the train station. We had a wonderful time and Werner was a wonderful host!
