Longleat is nearby as well as several National Trust properties - Stourhead, Westwood Manor, The Courts at Holt and Great Chalfield Manor. The flat is on two floors with views of the town bridge, the Shambles, Coppice Hill and Silver Street.

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

The Courtyard apartment was deigned by architect John wood and built in the 1700s. It is full of character defined by its architectural heritage, with multiple floor levels and original bath stone still on show. The living area has the high ceilings typical of Georgian buildings.
